The website www.idexlab.com is owned by G.A.C. Group, a simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with a capital of €24,320,163, registered with the Nanterre Trade and Companies Register under number 509 820 502, and having its registered office at 11-13 rue René Jacques, 92130 ISSY-LES-MOULINEAUX. The Publishing Director is Mr. Christophe Boytchev.

1. PURPOSE

These Terms of Use are intended to define the conditions for accessing and using the website www.idexlab.com (hereinafter referred to as “the Platform”) as well as the rights and obligations of the Users.

2. ACCESS TO THE SITE

Access to the site is free and unrestricted. Any costs related to access (such as internet connectivity and equipment) are the sole responsibility of the User. GAC reserves the right to restrict access to any User who does not comply with these Terms of Use.

3. ACCOUNT CREATION

Access to certain features requires the creation of an account. The User agrees to provide accurate information and to maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials. Any action performed using these credentials is presumed to have been carried out by the User.

4. ACCOUNT CLOSURE OR SUSPENSION

GAC may, at its sole discretion, suspend or close an account in the event of a breach of these Terms of Use, prolonged inactivity, or fraudulent behavior, following a notification that remains unaddressed. The User may request the deletion of their account by contacting support@idexlab.com.

5. USE OF THE PLATFORM

The User agrees to use the Platform in compliance with the law and these Terms of Use. Any abusive, fraudulent, or infringing use that violates the rights of third parties is strictly prohibited. GAC reserves the right to suspend access in the event of inappropriate behavior.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Platform, its layout, its content, texts, images, logos, and trademarks are the exclusive property of GAC or its partners. Any reproduction or use without prior permission is prohibited.

7. PERSONAL DATA

Personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR. The processing is based on consent, the execution of a contract, or legitimate interest. The User has the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict, port, and object to the processing of their personal data. The Data Protection Officer (DPO) can be contacted at dpo@group-gac.com.

In the event of a data breach, GAC will notify the CNIL (French Data Protection Authority) and the affected individuals within 72 hours.

8. SECURITY AND AVAILABILITY

GAC implements the necessary measures to ensure the security of the Platform. However, it cannot be held responsible for any interruptions or malfunctions caused by force majeure or third-party service providers.

9. HYPERTEXT LINKS

The Platform may contain hyperlinks to third-party websites. GAC accepts no responsibility for the content or usage of these sites. Users are encouraged to review the privacy policies of these external sites.

10. MODIFICATIONS TO THE TERMS OF USE

GAC may modify these Terms of Use at any time. Any modifications take effect immediately upon their publication. Users will be informed of these changes, and they may refuse the new Terms of Use within 15 days by unsubscribing.

11. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms of Use are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavor to resolve the matter amicably. Failing an amicable resolution, exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the courts of Paris.
