VroomenAbstract:An 8 year-old boy with X-ALD under treatment with simvastatin developed a severe Adverse Reaction when the dose of his other medication, zuclopenthixol was increased. Both drugs were withdrawn after a diagnosis of neuroleptic malignant syndrome was made.
