    Abstract:

    Ports play a role in the development of trade and in general for the country’s competi- tiveness, especially in the context of globalization of the last decades. Specifically in the Port sector , international technological advancement has resulted in a reduction in the costs of trade between large distances. The result of these changes has been that the Port sector has begun a process of rapid renewal of its facilities so that they are responsive to the demand for their services. While in the past the existence of some monopoly in a given area is identified due to the high cost involved mobilizing load an Alternate Port, as part of these changes have increased the possibilities of choosing different Ports , thus creating an increasingly competitive environment. Port efficiency has become more imPortant as a determinant of the cost and quality of transPort, factors affecting the dynamics of foreign trade and the degree of competition that reaches a country. The purpose of this paper is to determine the stage efficiency of container terminals in the Ports that make up the Current Spanish Port System . These scenarios enable Port managers take appropriate measures to improve Port management . For the analysis of scenarios efficiency of container terminals and by the use of probabilistic graphical models, specifically Bayesian networks, we have defined the main variables and inference is performed in virtual environments

En el sector Portuario, el avance tecnológico internacional ha determinado una reducción en los costos del intercambio comercial entre grandes distancias. El resultado de estos cambios ha sido que el sector Portuario ha iniciado un proceso de rápida renovación de sus instalaciones para que éstas respondan adecuadamente a la demanda por sus servicios. Mientras que en el pasado se identificaba la existencia de cierto poder monopolico de los puertos en un territorio determinado debido a los altos costo que implicaba movilizar carga por un puerto alternativo, en el marco de estas transformaciones, han aumentado las posibilidades de optar por puertos diferentes, generándose así un entorno cada vez competitivo. En este contexto, la eficiencia Portuaria ha adquirido mayor imPortancia como determinante de los costos y la calidad del transPorte, elementos que afectan la dinámica del comercio exterior y el grado de competitividad que alcanza un país. El objeto del presente artículo es determinar los escenarios de eficiencia de las terminales de contenedores de los puertos que integran el actual Sistema Portuario Español. Estos escenarios permitiran a los gestores Portuarios tomar las medidas oPortunas para mejorar la gestion de los puertos. Para el analisis de los escenarios de e ciencia de las terminales de contenedores y mediante el empleo de modelos gráficos probabilísticos, Redes Bayesianas concretamente, se han definido las principales variables y se ha realizado inferencia en escenarios virtuales

    Abstract:

    En el presente artículo se presenta un análisis del comercio desarrollado en la desembocadura del Río Salado -en la provincia de Buenos Aires- constituida a partir de la guerra con el imperio del Brasil (1825-1828) en un puerto alternativo al de la capital provincial. A partir de fuentes poco exploradas por los estudios sobre el tema, se analizan las diferentes actividades económicas que se desarrollaron en este novel puerto entre fines de los años de 1820 hasta fines de la década de 1850. Asimismo, se analizan los problemas que el afán de control sobre las actividades desplegadas generó para las autoridades, haciendo especial hincapié en los conflictos sobre derechos de propiedad de las mercancías circulantes.This article presents an analysis of the commerce that took place at the mouth of the Salado River, which was born from the war with the Brazilian Empire (1825-1828) in an Alternate Port to the one in the provincial capital of Buenos Aires. By delving into sources that have not been explored much by investigations on this subject, we study the various economic activities that took place in this new Port–transPortation, freight, imPort, and exPort– between 1830 and late 1850. Simultaneously, we examine the problems that the need for control over these activities generated for the authorities.No presente artigo, apresenta-se uma análise do comércio desenvolvido na foz do rio Salado, constituído a partir da guerra com o Império do Brasil (1825-1828) em um Porto alternativo ao da capital provincial de Buenos Aires. A partir de fontes pouco exploradas pelas pesquisas que tratam desse tema, estudam-se as diferentes atividades econômicas que se desenvolveram nesse novo Porto –transPorte, fretes, imPortação e exPortação–, entre 1830 e finais de 1850. Ao mesmo tempo em que se examinam os problemas que gerou, para as autoridades, a ânsia de controle sobre as atividades realizadas.Fil: Galarza, Antonio Facundo.
