synthesis characterization and optical non linearities of gold nanoparticles stabilized by oligo 2 Aminopyridine Derivative
Synthetic Metals, 2005Co-Authors: Junpeng Zhuang, Huibiao Liu, Yinglin Song, Ning Wang, Daoben ZhuAbstract:Abstract Oligo-2-Aminopyridine Derivative-protected gold nanoparticles (OAP-Au) with narrow size distribution have been prepared via reduction of HAuCl4 by NaBH4 using a two-phase method. TEM image shows that the diameters of these particles range from 2 to 5 nm and the average diameter is 3.5 nm. The optical non-linearities of OAP-Au in chloroform were determined by the Z-scan technique with a pulsed laser of 8 ns width at 532 nm. The results indicate that OAP-Au show strong non-linear absorption and self-focusing effects.

Self-assembly and characterization of a hydrogen-bonded supramolecular system between an oligo-2-Aminopyridine Derivative and 1-dodecyluracil☆
Synthetic Metals, 2005Co-Authors: Junpeng Zhuang, Shengqiang Xiao, Yang Liu, Huibiao Liu, Daoben ZhuAbstract:Abstract A new self-assembled supramolecular system between an oligo-2-Aminopyridine Derivative and 1-dodecyluracil through hydrogen bonding interaction was designed and prepared. The hydrogen bonding interaction was confirmed by 1 H NMR and UV/vis titration experiments. This self-assembled system can form spherical particles, which can be observed by TEM, indicating that the complementary linear oligo-2-Aminopyridine Derivative and the uracil Derivative can be used for the construction of three-dimensional ball-like aggregates by the hydrogen bonding interaction.

dynamic kinetic resolution of azlactones by a chiral n n dimethyl 4 Aminopyridine Derivative containing a 1 1 binaphthyl unit importance of amide groups
Organic Letters, 2018Co-Authors: Hiroki Mandai, Kohei Hongo, Takuma Fujiwara, Kazuki Fujii, Koichi Mitsudo, Seiji SugaAbstract:A dynamic kinetic resolution (DKR) of azlactones in the presence of benzoic acid and a binaphthyl-based N,N-4-dimethylAminopyridine (DMAP) Derivative 1i having two amide groups at the 3,3′-positions of a binaphthyl unit is developed. The reaction proceeded smoothly with a wide range of azlactones to provide α-amino acid Derivatives with good to high enantiomeric ratios (er’s). A multigram-scale reaction (2.5 g) for the DKR of azlactone 2d was also demonstrated, and the resulting product was converted to unnatural α-amino acid 6d′.
