clinical investigation of heparin for prevention children s renal damage caused by Anaphylactoid Purpura
Journal of Hainan Medical University, 2011Co-Authors: D I XueqinAbstract:Objective: To investigate the clinical effects of heparin for prevention of children′s renal damage caused by allergic Purpura.Methods: Sixty-eight children with allergic Purpura were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 34 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with routine therapy,while the treatment group was also given injection of heparin at 100 u/Kg·d once per day for 2 consecutive weeks.Renal damage caused by Anaphylactoid Purpura was observed.Results: According to 3-month follow up,2(5.9%) and 7(20.6%) cases of nephritis caused by Anaphylactoid Purpura was observed in the treatment and control group,respectively,showing significant difference between the two groups(χ2=6.635,P0.05).Whereas,there were no significant differences between two groups in the degree of renal damage(χ2=4.605,P0.05).Conclusions: Heparin can effectively reduce the incidence of renal damage among children with allergic Purpura,indicating its renal protection.

A meta-analysis on curative effect of montelukast sodium in the treatment of Anaphylactoid Purpura in children
Occupation and Health, 2013Co-Authors: Fang Bao-xiAbstract:[Objective]To evaluate the efficacy and safety of montelukast sodium in the treatment of Anaphylactoid Purpura in children.[Methods]The clinical trials of montelukast sodium for Anaphylactoid Purpura in children were collected by retrieving domestic and foreign medical databases.The meta-analysis was performed by RevMan 5.0 software.[Results]11 clinical trials were searched,and a total of 882 patients were involved.The meta-analysis showed that the montelukast sodium had better curative effect for Anaphylactoid Purpura in children as compared with the conventional therapy.RR(95% CI) of the obvious effective rate and effective rate was 1.38(1.20-1.59) and 1.21(1.13-1.28) respectively.[Conclusion]According to the available data,montelukast sodium has definite clinical effect in the treatment of Anaphylactoid Purpura in children.However,due to poor quality and small sample size of included studies,it is necessary to carry out more high-quality clinical trials to verify this result.

Determination of serum specific IgE measurement in Anaphylactoid Purpura
Journal of Medical Science Yanbian University, 2004Co-Authors: Jin ShunAbstract:OBJECTIVE?To analyse the significance of diagnosing the pathogenies for the serum specific IgE level in the Anaphylactoid Purpura patients.?METHODS?Using the IgE allergen external assay(702), the specific IgE level was detected in the serum of 92 cases of Anaphylactoid Purpura.?RESULTS?Total positive rate of serum IgE in the ingestive group was 94%, total positive rate of allergen's IgE was 68%, in witch 20 cases(22%) were sensitive to over 2 kinds of ingestants and 8 cases(9%) over 3 kinds of ingestants. The common foods for inducing allergy were milk, fish, cab, shrimps, soybeans, peanuts, egg white and yolk, pork, beef and mutton in turn.?CONCLUSION?The serum specific IgE level has important reference significance for diagnosing the pathogenies in the Anaphylactoid Purpura.

Detection and Clinical Significance of Specific IgE of Children with Anaphylactoid Purpura
China Modern Doctor, 2010Co-Authors: Xuan RuihuaAbstract:Objective To study the clinical significance of allergen-specific IgE detection of Anaphylactoid Purpura in children.Methods The German sensitive quantitative detection of allergen screening system to detect 150 cases of Anaphylactoid Purpura in children with serum allergen-specific IgE and total IgE levels.Results One hundred fifty patients with serum total IgE in children with positive rate was 92%,of which food allergen-specific IgE-positive rate than inhaled allergen-specific IgE-positive rate was significantly higher.Inhalant allergens in dust mite-positive rate is highest,food allergen in the highest positive rate of shrimps and crabs.Conclusion The incidence of Anaphylactoid Purpura with a variety of allergens a certain degree of relevance,and in order to trigger the main food allergens,serum allergen-specific IgE testing may cause Anaphylactoid Purpura diagnosis and prevention of a reference.

Efficacy of montelukast sodium combined with tanshinone in children with Anaphylactoid Purpura
China Journal of Modern Medicine, 2014Co-Authors: Tian YinAbstract:【Objective】To analyze the efficacy of montelukast sodium combined tanshinone in children with Anaphylactoid Purpura. 【Methods】62 cases of patients with Anaphylactoid Purpura in our hospital were included in this study, randomly divided into control groups received normal treatment and observation group received montelukast sodium and tanshinone treatment, compared inflammatory cytokines, T cell subsets level and adverse reactions between the two groups.【Results】The levels of IL-6, IgA, C3 of patients in observation group after treatment were significantly lower than that in control group, but IL-21 levels were significantly higher(P 0.05). The levels of CD4+, CD4+/CD8+of patients in observation group were improved significantly, CD8+levels were decreased(P 0.05), CD3+level had no significant difference(P 0.05). Adverse reactions between two groups had no significant difference(P 0.05).【Conclusion】Montelukast sodium combined with tanshinone could optimize the levels of inflammatory factors in children with allergic Purpura, and improve functional status of T cell subsets, and have satisfactory therapeutic safety.
