The practical teaching reform of specific Nursing has become an important direction for the current teaching development of Anesthesia Nursing.In addition, the current traditional teaching mode, situational teaching mode or CBL are hard to meet the teaching requirements of Anesthesia Nursing.The dimensional teaching mode of PBL has gradually entered clinical application and gained considerable development.The Nursing of this department applied PBL teaching mode, with which it has successfully stimulated the activity and creativity of students, cultivated good team spirit and clinical Nursing thinking mode for the students, improved students' ability to deal with clinical Nursing issues.Meanwhile, it also strengthened the interactions between teachers and students, by which it reached the teaching target. The identities difference between nurse manager and anaesthesia department director for Anesthesia Nursing quality in tertiary hospital
Chinese Nursing Management, 2020Co-Authors: Chen Song-lanAbstract:Objective:To investigate the current status and difference of identities on Anesthesia Nursing quality between nurse and medical managers. Methods:A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate 123 nurse administrators and clinical Anesthesia department directors. Then the authors also compared their cognitive differences for the quality of Anesthesia care. Results:They had different cognitive status on work attitude, professional knowledge and skills, and Nursing defects (P0.01). Conclusion:Nurse managers and Anesthesia department director may have different identities on the quality of Anesthesia care. This problem should be analyzed to improve Anesthesia care.

The level and related factors of patient satisfaction with general Anesthesia services
Chinese Journal of Nursing Education, 2020Co-Authors: Chen Song-lanAbstract:Objective To investigate patient satisfaction with general Anesthesia services and to analyze its related factors in level-three general hospitals.Methods Totally 382 patients with general Anesthesia were investigated with a self-designed questionnaire about their satisfaction with Anesthesia services.Results In the four dimensions,the patients showed the highest satisfaction with nurses' professional skills with an average score of 4.12 and the lowest satisfaction with Anesthesia Nursing management with an average score of 3.91.Multiple regression analysis revealed that the patients' educational level, occupations,income and hospitalized units were the factors influencing their satisfaction.Conclusion The patients have various demands for Anesthesia services.It is suggested to assess the patients' needs,pay close attention to their psychological experience and increase their satisfaction with Anesthesia services.

Objective Explore an effective Anesthesia Nursing model by summarizing the risk assessment and preventive Nursing on respiratory complication in PACU. Content Make a summary on the risk factors, clinical features, treatment and management mode of respiratory complications in PACU. Trend In recent years, guidelines and consensus for the management of tracheal extubation had been published, which provide evidence for Anesthesia Nursing to implement procedural management for patients after general Anesthesia including risk evaluation, preparation, observation and Nursing model during tracheal extubation.
