    We consider indicators characterizing the reliability of power station Auxiliary Equipment obtained by processing the results from routine and special tests, various studies, replies to questionnaires given to specialists of thermal power stations, official statistical data on the damageability of thermal power station Equipment, and studies of repair documentation. We also present procedures for processing, analysis, and generalization of obtained information.

    Abstract:

    In this research, solar-drived integrated Hydrogen production (HP) using high-temperature steam electrolysis (HTSE) is thermodynamically evaluated. This system includes an organic Rankine cycle (ORC), Rankine cycle, Brayton cycle, solar tower, and High Temperature Steam Electrolysis (HTSE). Solar energy supplies thermal energy. This heat source is applied for generating power. This energy is used for HTSE due to its demand in the form of electricity. First, we calculated inlet and outlet energy and their rates for whole subsystems. The results showed 50.77% overall and 31.63% exergy efficiencies related to power generation section and 92.85% overall energy and 91% exergy efficiencies related to hydrogen production section. Also in this research we found the importance of Auxiliary Equipment. Auxiliary Equipment helps that significant amount of hydrogen production to be saved. This amount at 577 K is equal that produces 0.093 kg H2/s

    Abstract:

    The Auxiliary Equipment of thermal power station has many characteristics such as the huge number of parts,complex structure,large information of Equipment,and maintenance complex process,etc. How to make a scientific and efficient management of Equipment maintenance has important significance for the safety and economic operation of thermal power station. Aiming at the above problems,a kind of station Auxiliary Equipment management system of power is put forward based on virtual reality. Firstly,a precise model of the Auxiliary Equipment is established,and the 3D model information is hooked with the database through virtual reality technology. Then the system is designed based on Web platform,and professional assessment of Equipment status is achieved by using data mining methods. Finally,the 3D simulation is used to reflect the Equipment maintenance process. The Software has been widely used in a power plant of DATANG,which improves the efficiency of Equipment management and maintenance optimization.
