    S’analitza la biodiversitat de mol·luscs marins del litoral davant la desembocadura del riu Millars(Almassora i Borriana, Mediterrània occidental) obtinguda pel recompte d’espècies mitjançant mostresa la tanatocenosi de la platja de les Goles. S’han recollit 8 mostres amb un temps de 60 minuts derecol·lecció cadascuna. Les mostres es van recollir en el període que va del 22.oct.2012 al 08.oct.2013. Lariquesa d’espècies observada ha estat de 121 (77 Gastropoda; 40 Bivalvia; 2 Scaphopoda; 1 Cephalopodai 1 Polyplacophora). És el primer estudi similar fet a la Plana. Es postula una metodologia per censar lariquesa específica de mol·lusc marins mitjançant mostres a les tanatocenosis de platja.We Analyse the marine molluscs biodiversity of the coast of the Millars river mouth (Almassoraand Burriana, Spain, Western Mediterranean) obtained by counting species through sampling of thetanatocenosis from les Goles del Millars beach. 8 samples were made, each spanning 60 minutes.     Abstract:

    Bottom-trawling, aimed at shrimp, is considered highly predatory due to the accidental catching of numerous organisms, called by accompanying fauna. There are several studies on the impacts of this fishery, but the great majority directed to the characterization of the ichthyofauna and accompanying carcinofauna. Based on the context and due to the need for knowledge about the malacofauna associated with the bottom trawling trawling of the Penaeidae family in the Northern Region of Brazil, this study aimed to characterize the molluscs caught in the industrial shrimp fishery in the region. A total of 2241 individuals were collected, the trawl fishery malacofauna in the North Coast of Brazil, was represented by 37 families and 56 species belonging to five taxa Bivalvia, Gastropoda and Cephalopoda, Polyplacophora and Scaphopoda being the most representative the class of the Gastropoda with 28 species, followed by classes Bivalvia 23 species and Cephalopoda with three species demisis classes with one species

    Abstract: Biofouling affects global aquaculture with significant impacts on productivity and profitability, especially in marine shellfish culture, where both the target culture species and/or infrastructure are exposed to a diverse array of fouling organisms. In oyster culture, fouling of stock causes physical damage, mechanical interference, biological competition and environmental modification, with infrastructure also colonized. The present study describes the composition of the biofouling community inhabiting the surface of the mangrove oyster Crassostrea rhizophorae, cultivated in an Amazon estuary, in the state of Pará, northern Brazil. In total, 6,124 macroinvertebrates were collected during July, August, October and December 2013. Collected epifauna was represented by 5 groups (Bivalvia, Gastropoda, Polychaeta, Crustacea and Anthozoa), 20 families and 37 species. Bivalvia was the most abundant class, with the mussel Mytella charruana by far the most dominant species with 5,183 individuals. Knowledge about the composition of biofouling as well as identifying the main species that cause direct impacts allows more tailored and strategic management options, minimizing the often-significant costs associated with biofouling control (antifouling).Resumen: La contaminación biológica afecta a la acuicultura mundial con importantes impactos de productividad y rentabilidad, especialmente en el cultivo de moluscos, donde tanto la especie de cultivo objetivo como la infraestructura están expuestas a una diversidad de organismos contaminantes. En el cultivo de ostras, el impacto clave es la adherencia directa de organismos causando daño físico, interferencia mecánica, competencia biológica y modificación ambiental, mientras que también se efectúa la infraestructura. El presente estudio describe la composición de la bioincrustación en la superficie de la ostra de mangle Crassostrea rhizophorae, cultivada en un estuario Amazónico, ubicado en el estado de Pará, norte de Brasil. En total, 6.124 macroinvertebrados fueron muestreados en julio, agosto, octubre y diciembre de 2013. La epifauna recolectada estuvo representada por 5 grupos principales (Bivalvia, Gastropoda, Polychaeta, Crustacea y Anthozoa), 20 familias y 37 especies. Bivalvia fue la clase más abundante, presentando 5.183 mejillones de la especie Mytella charruana. El conocimiento sobre la composición de la incrustación biológica, así como la identificación de las principales especies que causan impactos directos, permite opciones de gestión más personalizadas y estratégicas, minimizando los costos, a menudo significativos, asociados con el control de la bioincrustación (antifouling)

    Indeks kepadatan Bivalvia dapat digunakan sebagai indikator kualitas perairan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kepadatan Bivalvia di kawasan mangrove Sungai Perpat dan Sungai Bunting Belinyu, Bangka. Metode yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Pengamatan dilakukan pada enam stasiun dengan masing-masing lokasi sebanyak 3 stasiun yang terdiri dari 4 substasiun. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan plot ukuran 1 x 1 m sebanyak 5 plot. Analisis indeks ekologi meliputi: kepadatan jenis, keanekaragaman jenis, keseragaman dan dominansi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 12 spesies Bivalvia yang tergolong dalam sembilan famili. Spesies Bivalvia didominasi Geloina expansa dengan total kepadatan 3,5 ind/m2 sedangkan untuk tumbuhan mangrovenya didominasi oleh Rhizophora apiculata. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa keanekaragaman jenis Bivalvia pada mangrove Sungai Perpat tergolong sedang, berkisar 0,614 – 1,675 sedangkan pada mangrove Sungai Bunting tergolong rendah, berkisar 0 – 0,952. Faktor lingkungan yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kepadatan Bivalvia pada penelitian ini adalah suhu air dan pH air. Sedangkan hubungan antara kerapatan jenis mangrove terhadap kepadatan Bivalvia pada penelitian ini menunjukkan hubungan sangat lemah

Penelitian tentang diversitas dan kepadatan Bivalvia yang hidup di kawasan mangrove Sungai Perpat dan Sungai Bunting Kecamatan Belinyu, Bangka telah dilakukan pada bulan September 2019 – Agustus 2020. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui diversitas dan kepadatan Bivalvia di kedua kawasan mangrove tersebut. Metode yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Pengamatan dilakukan pada enam stasiun dengan masing-masing lokasi sebanyak tiga stasiun yang terdiri dari empat substasiun. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan plot ukuran 1 x 1 m. Setiap substasiun dibagi menjadi lima titik pengambilan sampel. Analisis indeks ekologi meliputi: kepadatan jenis, keanekaragaman jenis, keseragaman dan dominansi.
