    Abstract:

    In this study, researchers wanted to make and examine samples of motorcycle Brake linings using environmentally friendly composite materials using natural materials namely teak wood powder with a variety of mesh grains to determine the value of hardness, wear and friction coefficient of Brake lining. The materials used in this study is Teak Wood Powder, Calcium Carbonate, Barium Sulfate, Phenolic Resin, Sonokeling Wood Carbon, And Aluminum Silicon (Al-Si) with Mesh variations of 50.60 and 100. Then the hardness was tested using a Durometer with ASTM D2240 standard, and tested for friction with a load of 16 kg for 3 hours with dry test, wet test, salt water test, Brake oil test, and oil test, and calculated the wear and coefficient of friction. From the results of the hardness test the highest value is found in the variation of Aluminum Silicon (Al-Si) Mesh 100 with a hardness value of 81.60 HD. The results of friction testing on all conditions of the lowest wear values are in the variation of Aluminum Silicon (Al-Si) Mesh 100 which is dry testing 253.13 mm3/hour, water 182.29 mm3/hour, oil 352.08 mm3/hour, brine 243 , 75 mm3/hour, Brake Fluid 341.67 mm3/hour, and the results of the highest friction coefficient varied the highest coefficient of friction during dry conditions, namely in the Mesh 100 and market brands of 0.651, when the water and brine conditions were highest in the 50 Mesh variation 0.658 and 0.614 while when the oil and Brake Fluid conditions are highest in Mesh variations 60, 0.621 and 0.613

    Abstract:

    In this study, researchers made motorcycle Brake pads using natural fiber composite materials and environmentally friendly artificial fibers with several variations in material composition to determine the value of safety, wear, and coefficient of friction. The materials used in this study were flax fiber, fiberglass, 40,50, and 60 brass mesh powders, calcium carbonate, barium sulfate, and polyester resin and catalyst as the matrix. Then tap the remnants with a load of 16 kg for 3 hours with dry test, air, oir, salt water, and Brake Fluid and then wear and coefficient of friction calculated, and debated using the Durometer standard ASTM D2240. From the testresult obtained the highest value obtained in Pasaran Brake linings with a value of 86,7 HD, while the hardness that pushed Pasaran lining was obtained in a 60 mesh variation Brake lining with a hardness value of 84,6 HD. The results of the wear evaluation show the lowest Brake pad wear value occurs in the Pasaran canvas variation, while the next lowest wear occurs in the 60 mesh brass variation with a value 81,25 mm3/hour dry conditions, 51,63 mm3/hour air condition, 59,37 mm3/hour oil condition, 46,87 mm3/hour salt water condition, and 69,37 mm3/hour in Brake Fluid conditions. The result of the data obtained by the highest coefficient of friction were obtained by variations of Pasaran Brake linings, while the result obtained were Brake pads of brass mesh 60 variation with values 0f 0,6226, 0,5725, 0,5383, 0,5754,and 0,5718. In the micro photo after the 50 mesh friction test breaks the cohesive bond, while the 40 and 60 mesh fixed the cohesive bond and the adhesive. From the above discussion it can be denied that the large size of powder used determines the value of struggle, wear, and also the coefficient of friction

    Abstract:

    In this study the researchers wanted to understand and make a sample of motorcycle Brake linings using environmentally friendly composite materials with several variations in material composition to determine the level of hardness, wear and friction coefficient of the Brake lining. The materials used in this study are pineapple leaf fibers, silicon aluminum variations of 50, 60 and 100 mesh, teak wood carbon, calcium carbonate, barium sulfate and resin phenolic. Then the friction is tested with a load of 16 kg for 3 hours with dry test, spraying water, spraying, salt water, oil spraying, and spraying of Brake Fluid with standard SNI testing 09-2663-1992 then calculated for wear and coefficient of friction, and tested for hardness using Durometer with ASTM D2240 standard. From the results of the average wear research on testing the influence of dry, water, salt water, oil and Brake oil that the mesh 100 aluminum silicon Brake linings are lower than the other variations of Brake linings which are 281.25 mm3/ hour, 187.50 mm3/ hour, 343.75mm3/ hour, 313.54 mm3/ hour and 287.50 mm3/ hour in the friction test for 3 hours. The coefficient of friction in the silicone aluminum Brake linings of mesh 100 variation is also the highest in dry conditions, water, oil, salt water, and Brake Fluid which is equal to 0.656, 0.633, 0.586, 0.595, 0.611. The value of the variation of silicon Brake lining for 100 mesh silicon is better than that of other Brake pads of 82.50 ShoreD, in testing variations of Brake pad macro photography of 50 mesh silicon aluminum bonding adhesive failure while 60 and 100 mesh having cohesive bonding failure. From the results of the discussion it can be concluded that large amounts of alumunium silicon (Al-Si) affect the value of hardness, wear and friction coefficient of Brake lining

    Abstract:

    In this study, researchers wanted to understand and make a sample of motorcycle Brake pads using environmentally friendly composite materials. The materials used in this research are fiberglass, rice husk carbon, Al-Si powder, variations of mesh 50, 60, 100, calcium carbonate, barium sulfate and polyester resin with catalyst as a matrix. Then the friction test with dry test, water test, salt water test, oil test and Brake Fluid test with a load of 20 kg for 3 hours and tested hardness using the Durometer with ASTM D2240 standard. From the results of the hardness test the highest value on the variation of Al-Si mesh 100 that is 90.03 Shore D. The results of friction testing the highest wear value in all conditions of the variation of Al-Si mesh 100 is 24,879 mm³ / hour, 20,732 mm³ / hour, 22,114 mm³ / hour, 22,114 mm³ / hour, 29,025 mm³ / hour. From the results of friction testing, the highest value of the coefficient of friction can be obtained in all conditions of Al-Si mesh 100 variations, namely 0.668, 0.601, 0.572, 0.604, 0.608. In the micro photos after the friction test the Brake mesh variation of mesh 50 has failed bonding adhesive while the variation of mesh 60, 100 and market x have failed cohesive bonding. From the results of the discussion, it can be concluded that the size of the Al-Si grain affects the value of hardness, wear and Brake coefficient of friction

    Abstract:

    Setiap perusahaan manufaktur, selalu memerlukan persedian dan penjualan. Tanpa adanya persediaan dan penjualan, perusahaan akan dihadapkan pada sebuah resiko, tidak dapat memenuhi keinginan dan kepuasan pelanggan. Pengelompokan ABC dalam penjualan berangkat dari konsep 80-20 yang di kenal sebagai hukum Pareto. Konsep 80-20 berguna untuk merencanakan penjualan jika klasifikasi ABC akan diterapkan untuk jenis barang yang jumlahnya banyak. Metode penelitian ini digunakan  adalah deskriptif dengan bantuan analisis kuantitatif yaitu nilai rata-rata penjualan. Selanjutnya digunakan pengelompokan barang berdasarkan analisis ABC yaitu kelompok A (nilai penjualan tinggi), kelompok B (sedang), dan kelompok C (rendah). Tujuan peneliti adalah mengetahui gambaran penjualan yang diterapkan AUTO2000 Pasuruan saat ini dan mengetahui rancangan analisis pengelompokan, menghitung nilai rata-rata penjualan, rasio layanan dalam penentuan penjualan spare part di AUTO2000 Pasuruan. Hasil yang akan dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah jenis spare part permintaan konsumen seperti TGMO Bensin, TGMO Diesel, Oil filter, Brake Fluid. Contoh Spare part tersebut merupakan bahan untuk servis berkala. Sedangkan  Spark plug, TGGO Gardan, TGGO Transmisi merupakan bahan servis jangka panjang. Hasil persediaan spare part tersebut akan mengetahui besar unit yang akan dicapai, nilai rata-rata persediaan, dan inventory turnover pada spare part. Berdasarkan uraian di atas maka dilakukan penelitian dengan menggunakan metode ABC dengan konsep 80-20.

Persediaan yang terlalu banyak menimbulkan modal yang tertanam terlalu besar, sebaliknya kekurangan persediaan akan mengganggu proses operasional kedua kondisi tersebut memiliki konsekuensi biaya yang besar, oleh karena itu diperlukan manajemen persediaan yang tepat. Untuk mengkondisikan tingkat persediaan yang optimal. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan bantuan analisis kuantitatifyaitu dengan mendeskripsikan data secara sistematis, faktual dan akurat mengenai hasil selama pengolahan data. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan dua macam metode pengumpulan data yaitu observasi dan wawancara.Perencanaan persediaan suku cadang yang dilakukan PT. Liek Satu Invicta Toyota Pamekasan dengan metode ABC bertujuan untuk Untuk mengetahui maksimalnya sistem pengendalian persediaan sehingga tidak terjadi kekurangan atau penumpukan barang spare part di gudang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Hasil perhitungan Rata-rata MAD dan MSE dengan menggunakan 3 metode permalan, rata-rata untuk semua suku cadang hasil perhitungan kesalahan peramalan terkecil terdapat pada metode Linier dengan hasil peramalan pada suku cadang TGMO Bensin sejumlah 13.680 unit, TGMO Diesel sejumlah 10957 unit, Spark plug sejumlah 640 unit, Oil filter sejumlah2.044 unit, TGGO Gardan sejumlah 1.030 unit, TGGO Transmisi Manual sejumlah 1.250 unit dan Brake Fluid sejumlah 635 unit. Dari hasil perhitungan metode ABC (Konsep 80-20) didapat hasil kebijakan optimal seluruh suku cadang yaitu Analisis ABC yaitu kelompok A dengan item TGMO SYN10W-40SN Bensin dan TGMO SYN10W-40SN Diesel memiliki persen Akumulasi sebanyak 75% atau sejumlah Rp. 668.949.788 dari jumlah total biaya persediaan spare part Rp. 895.010.825., Kelompok B pada item Spark plug,Oil Filter dan TGGO Gardan adalah persen Akumulasi sebanyak 18% atau sejumlah Rp. 161.663.649 dari jumlah total biaya persediaan spare part Rp. 895.010.825. dan kelompok C pada item TGGO Transmisi Manual dan Brake Fluid adalah persen Akumulasi sebanyak 7% atau sejumlah Rp. 64.397.388 dari jumlah total biaya persediaan spare part Rp. 895.010.825. Hasil perhitungan persediaan pengamanan suku cadang TGMOSYN10W-40SN Bensin sebesar 485 unit, Reorder point pada suku cadang TGMOSYN10W-40SN Bensin sebesar 41.525. Untuk persedian maksimal pada TGMOSYN10W-40SN Bensin sebesar 83.051 unit, nilai rata-rata persedian pada suku cadang TGMOSYN10W-40SN Bensin sebesar Rp. 1.767.676.215 dan inventory turnover pada suku cadang TGMOSYN10W-40SN Bensin dilakukan sebanyak 0,2 kali. This research method is descriptive research with the help of quantitative analysis that is by describing the data systematically, factually and accurately about the results during data processing. Data collection method uses two kinds of data collection methods namely observation and interview. Spare parts inventory planning conducted by PT. Liek Satu Invicta Toyota Pamekasan with the ABC method aims to determine the maximum inventory control system so that there is no shortage or accumulation of spare part goods in the warehouse. The results of this study indicate that the results of the calculation of the average MAD and MSE using 3 permalance methods, the average for all spare parts calculated from the smallest forecasting error is the Linear method with the results of forecasting TGMO Gasoline spare parts of 13,680 units, TGMO Diesel a number of 10957 units, Spark plug of 640 units, Oil filter of 2,044 units, TGGO Gardan of 1,030 units, TGGO Transmission Manual totaling 1,250 units and Brake Fluid of 635 units. From the calculation of the ABC method (Concept 80-20) obtained the optimal policy of all spare parts, namely ABC Analysis, namely group A with the TGMO SYN10W-40SN Petrol item and the TGMO SYN10W-40SN Diesel having accumulated percent of 75% or a total of Rp. 668,949,788 of the total cost of spare parts inventory of Rp. 895,010,825., Group B on Spark plug, Oil Filter and TGGO Gardan items are accumulated percent as much as 18% or as much as Rp. 161,663,649 of the total cost of spare parts inventory of Rp. 895,010,825. and group C on the TGGO Manual Transmission and Brake Fluid items are accumulated percent as much as 7% or a total of Rp. 64,397,388 of the total cost of spare parts inventory of Rp. 895,010,825.     In this study the researchers wanted to understand and make motorcycle Brake pads using composite materials that are environmentally friendly with several variations in material composition to determine the level of hardness, wear and coefficient of friction of the Brake lining. The materials used in this study were fiberglass, powder Al-Si variations of mesh 50,60,100, carbon cashew shells, calcium carbonate, barium sulfate and BQTN 157 polyester resin with catalyst as a binder / matrix. Then the friction with a load of 16 kg was tested for 3 hours with a dry test, spraying water, salt water, oil, Brake Fluid and then calculated the wear and coefficient of friction, and tested the hardness by using a Durometer with ASTM D2240 standard. From the results of the hardness test the highest value on the variation of aluminum (Al-Si) mesh 50, 60, 100 is 100 Al-Si mesh with a value of 87.56 HD. The highest friction test results on all conditions of the variation of aluminum (Al-Si) mesh 100 are dry testing 312,03 mm3 / hour, water 370,66 mm3 / hour, salt water 465,21 mm3 / hour, oil 344,18 mm3 / hour, Brake Fluid 353,64 mm3 /hour. From the results of friction testing the highest value of coefficient of friction can be obtained on all conditions of aluminum (Al-Si) mesh 100 variation, ie dry test 0.6558, water 0.6183, salt water 0.6031, oil 0.6362, and Brake Fluid 0.6074. In the micro photo after being tested the friction of the 50 mesh variation Brake pad experienced bonding adhesive failure while the 60,100 mesh variation experienced cohesive bonding failure.
