Based on describing the connotation, characteristics and development pattern of low Carbon Economy, this paper analyses the actuality and existing problems of low Carbon Economy, mainly including the unreasonable energy structure, irrational industrial structure, backward technology level, developed countries “lock-in effect” and imperfect Carbon financial system, finally aiming at these problems, proposed countermeasures and suggestions to achieve the development of China's low-Carbon Economy.

Research on Chinese low-Carbon Economy mode and system

It is a huge challenge for China to change from the traditional Economy mode into a low-Carbon Economy mode. This paper puts forward that it is urgent to develop low-Carbon Economy for China by comparing the "total energy consumption" with the "ten thousand yuan of energy consumption". Results manifested that it was necessary for our country to go the Chinese characteristic road of low-Carbon Economy with the foundation of low energy consumption and pollution, which was guided by the scientific development concept, adhere to the principle of sustainable development. This paper established a development pattern and mechanism of low-Carbon Economy for China, and analysed the pattern from three aspects of development direction, mode and method. We put forward some suggestions in the end to well develop a low-Carbon economic society.
