Most cases have been reported in allogeneic HSCT recipients, with only anecdotal reports of infection occurring after autologous Transplantation. Reported here is the case of a patient who developed cerebral toxoplasmosis following autologous peripheral blood stem Cell Transplantation for non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.
