However, in rare cases, the added value of an organization, the "Universal Accessibility Certificate" and the implementation of a "Accessibility Management System", as a document that certifies that the built environment and the services of the users are accessible to all. The objective of this article is to define the concept and to know the parameters involved in the process of "Certification of Accessibility in the Built Environment", as well as the procedure applied for the implementation of an "Accessibility Management System" in the edification. It is an essential tool that guarantees the use by all people of a building or environment, in a safe and autonomous way, including in a special way the people with functional diversity. It implies merging the terms of accessibility and diversity, so that written rights, recognized for people with disabilities, are actually fulfilled, guaranteeing their use in equal conditions and in a dignified manner by all users. It also analyzes the implementation regulations, both nationally and internationally, of application in the different phases of Certification and the implementation of accessibility management in building. It is intended to incorporate the Universal Accessibility Certification Criterion, which entails the incorporation of an Accessibility Management System, as an innovative and dynamic concept in the built environment, which ensures the inclusion of All people and especially people With different capacities.ResumenEl concepto de accesibilidad universal en el ámbito de la edificación está plenamente reconocido, sin embargo, en pocas ocasiones, se conoce y se reconoce el valor añadido que supone para una organización, disponer del “Certificado de Accesibilidad Universal” y la implantación de un “Sistema de Gestión de la Accesibilidad”, como documento que garantiza que el entorno construido y los servicios de los usuarios son accesibles para Todos. El objetivo de éste artículo es definir el concepto de “Certificación de Accesibilidad” aplicado a la edificación, conocer los parámetros que intervienen en el proceso, así como el procedimiento aplicado para la “Certificación de la Accesibilidad en el Entorno Construido” y la implantación de un “Sistema de Gestión de la Accesibilidad”. Debe constar que se trata de una herramienta esencial para asegurar que el edificio o entorno edificado o rehabilitado reúne las condiciones requeridas para el uso por todas las personas, de modo seguro y autónomo, incluidas de forma especial las personas con diversidad funcional. Implica fusionar los términos de accesibilidad y diversidad, de manera que los derechos reconocidos para las personas con discapacidad, se cumplen en la realidad, garantizando su uso en igualdad de condiciones y de forma digna por todos los usuarios. Del mismo modo se analiza la normativa, tanto de ámbito nacional como internacional, de aplicación en las distintas fases de la certificación y de la implantación del Sistema de la Gestión de la Accesibilidad en la edificación. Se pretende incorporar el criterio de Certificación de la Accesibilidad Universal, que conlleva la incorporación de un Sistema de Gestión de la Accesibilidad, como concepto innovador y dinamizador en el entorno construido, que asegura la inclusión de Todas las personas y de forma especial de las personas con capacidades diferentes

For this reason, Green Building Certification Criteria has been implemented to reduce environmental load, high-performance and environmentally friendly in the United States, the United Kingdom and Germany. In response to the global trend like this, the Korean Government has induced the eco-friendly construction and sustainable development to implement the G-SEED (Green Building Certification Criteria of Korea) in 2002. However, in spite of the many authentication result, G-SEED has been pointed out that it needs for improve in the evaluation system of Apartment sector which accounts for more than 40% of the authentication. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to suggest improvements in the evaluation system. To achieve this, this study have selected for LEED, BREEAM, DGNB of comparison target, drawn improvements through comparing transition process in G-SEED.

Educational Studies, 2013Co-Authors: Jacquelyn R BenchikosborneAbstract:Within the state selected for this study, teacher preparation programs and state Certification Criterion require that educators examine the relationship between school and society within social foundations of education (SFE) coursework. Using observations and interviews, this study examines to what extent four experienced, urban classroom teachers both speak in belief and exhibit in classroom practice an understanding of SFE. Two sets of measures, rooted in the social foundations and curriculum traditions, were devised to examine the degree to which teachers’ beliefs and practices matched to the tenets of SFE. Inconsistencies were evident within each teacher's beliefs and practices. Also, among the four respondents, there was minimal uniformity. From this study, when teaching even with a limited understanding of SFE, instructors engendered practices essential for a democracy.
