    Abstract:

    This paper presents the comparison between mechanical Circuit Breaker and solid state Circuit Breaker under abnormal conditions for low voltage systems. According to the mechanical Circuit Breaker, the operation was limited on the fault types, detection method and operation error. The solid state Circuit Breaker is proposed to protect those events using Thyristor as switching device and detection controller in single phase power system. The design shows the operation scheme under 220V, 30A rating by using in low voltage system for supporting the smart home in the future. The simulation result showed that the comparison between mechanical Circuit Breaker and solid state Circuit Breaker under abnormal conditions. The paper can verify that this study can be designed the method of novel solid state Circuit Breaker for future applications.

    Abstract:

    The utility model relates to the technical field of electrical appliance detection, and discloses a solid-state Circuit Breaker used for carrying out electrical endurance test on electromechanical contactors and motor starters. The solid-state Circuit Breaker comprises a central processing system, a current sampling device, a voltage sampling device, an overvoltage protection device and a power electronic device group. The solid-state Circuit Breaker adopts a Circuit Breaker based on a full-controlled power electronic device as a contactless switching device, and replaces the existing combination of a contactor and a Circuit Breaker, thereby enabling turn-off to be quicker and more reliable. The solid-state Circuit Breaker has functions of overvoltage protection, phase selection closing and voltage regulation, avoids the electric arc burning loss generated when the contactor breaks large current, prolongs the service life of the Circuit Breaker, and overcomes problems such that the contactor acts as an accompanied testing article, thereby causing severe loss of the accompanied testing article, resulting in poison gas and noise pollutions for a laboratory environment, and the like. The test cost is greatly reduced as the solid-state Circuit Breaker has the functions of phase selection and voltage regulation simultaneously and replaces the combination of a plurality of components in a traditional test loop.

    The invention relates to a vacuum Circuit Breaker transfer trolley, which comprises a body and a hydraulic ascending and descending assembly, wherein the bottom end of the body is provided with a moving device, a brake assembly is movably connected onto the body, at least one group of positioning assemblies and guide assemblies with adjustable gap are arranged on the body, and a locking assembly for tightly locking a vacuum Circuit Breaker on the body is arranged on the guide assemblies. The vacuum Circuit Breaker transfer trolley has the advantages that a cabinet body provided with the vacuum Circuit Breaker is fixedly arranged on the body through the positioning assembly, in addition, the vacuum Circuit Breaker is tightly locked on the body through the locking assembly, the reliable locking between the body and the vacuum Circuit Breaker and between the body and the cabinet body is ensured, the gravity center of the body can be effectively reduced, the gap between the guide assemblies is adjustable, and the hydraulic ascending and descending assembly controls the height adjustment, so the body can effectively adapt to different models, the universal performance is high, the work efficiency is greatly improved, and the use effect is good.
