    Abstract:

    The main problems dealt with in this thesis are (1) how Colours can appear in rooms due to various Colour combinations and lighting conditions, and (2) how we can identify and compare Colour appearance in rooms. One aim is to demonstrate and discuss the complex problem of how certain conditions in a room affect Colour appearance, and to give examples and describe the co-operation between some of the affecting factors in experimental rooms. Another aim is to develop and evaluate methods for studying Colours in rooms, methods that give us reliable visual identifications of perceived Colour and allow comparisons between different rooms. Through an architectural perspective, tailored methods and specially developed concepts, the thesis presents a way to conceptualise and treat the complex subject of Colour in enclosed spaces. The thesis work includes a literature survey and empirical studies. Most of the latter were made in experimental rooms in full and small scale, which were based on studies of actual interiors and preliminary model room studies. The literature survey mapped out the knowledge field, and the empirical studies worked out methods, tools and concepts for the study of Colour appearance in rooms. Preliminary attempts are made to describe the elasticity in Colour appearance of certain inherent Colours under varying conditions in rooms. The phenomenon of reflections has been systematically studied, and discussed in relation to simultaneous contrast. The developed concepts of identity Colour and Colour variations have proved to be helpful tools for analysing Colour appearance. The Visual Evaluation method of Liljefors and Ejhed was adjusted to involve visual assessments of the perceived Colours. The Colour reference box developed during the project is taken to solve a serious methodological problem, especially for comparisons between equally painted, but differently illuminated, rooms. The difficult problem of the adaptation effect was specially dealt with - that is, the Colour Sample in the Colour reference box is perceived differently as the observer adapts to various lighting conditions. While complementary studies are needed, it was concluded that the adaptation effect for the hue is possible to map out and control.

    Abstract:

    The research was carried out to know about the durability of sumbawa horse milk during storage in room temperature based on total acid, boiling test and Colour. Sample which were used in this research were fresh sumbawa horse milk. 180 ml of milk weretaken from each horse as Sample, then Samples tested of it’s acid, boiling test and Colour. This study used a randomized block design (RGD) using 5 horses as a group and were observed on days 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 as treatment. Total Samples used in this study were 30. The results showed that durability of sumbawa horse milk decreased after five days stored at room temperature in terms of total acid. During five days of storage at room temperature total acid increased. Results of variance analysis to the total of sumbawa’s horse milk acid (grouped) showed a very high variation (P<0,01) between sumbawa’s horse and total of milk acid. Storage time has a very high influence to the total of sumbawa horse milk acid. Longer storage, total of milk acid will be higher. Based on Cochran test, we found there were a very high / real changing (P<0,01) in the result of sumbawa’s horse milk Boiling tests. In the color test, durability of sumbawa horse milk during storage at room temperature were not change, there where not discoloration of sumbawa horse milk during five days storage in room temperature. The conclusion of the research is the durability of Sumbawa horse milk during five days storage in room temperature will get decrease.     Cílem předkládané bakalářské práce bylo připravit pigmenty na bázi oxidu ceričitého dopovaného terbiem a zirkoniem v závislosti na způsobu syntézy a teplotě výpalu. Na základě dřívějších výsledků ze studentské odborné činnosti v roce 2011 byl vybrán barevně nejzajímavější vzorek obecného vzorce Ce1-(x+y)TbxZryO2, kde x = 0,1; y = 0,65. Vybraný vzorek byl připraven klasickým keramickým způsobem a dalšími syntézními postupy, tedy způsobem s využitím suché i mokré mechanoaktivace, srážením a suspenzním mísením surovin. Všechny připravené reakční směsi byly kalcinovány při teplotách 1200 až 1600 °C (po 100 °C).The aim of this bachelor work was to prepare pigments based on cerium oxide, which are doped by ionts of terbium and zirconium depending on the way of synthesis and calcination temperature. Based on past results from Students professional activity 2011 it was chosen interesting Colour Sample with general formula Ce1-(x+y)TbxZryO2, x = 0.1; y = 0.65.The chosen Sample was prepared by classical (ceramic) method and other synthesis ways, namely classical method with using dry and wet mechanical activation, precipitation and suspension mixing of raw materials.
