    Abstract:

    In this paper, we discuss the property of character matrices, and give an equivalent condition. Then we get a new method of Constructing Bent Function,which constructs(n+2) variable Bent matrix by a n(n2) variable Bent matrix. This method supplies a new idea of Bent Function's construction and enumeration.
