Existing control dependencies, both direct and indirect, can be obtained as instances of the parametric framework for particular properties on paths. A novel control Dependence Relation, called termination-sensitive control Dependence, is obtained also as an instance of the parametric framework. This control Dependence is sensitive to the termination information of loops, which can be given via annotations. If all loops are annotated as terminating then it becomes the classic control Dependence, while if all loops are annotated as non-terminating then it becomes the weak control Dependence; since in practice some loops are terminating and others are not, termination-sensitive control Dependence is expected to improve the precision of analysis tools using it. The unifying formal framework for direct and indirect control Dependence suggests also, in a natural way, a unifying terminology for the various notions of control Dependence, which is also proposed in this paper. Finally, a worst-case O(n2) algorithm to compute the indirect termination-sensitive control Dependence for languages that allow only “structured” jumps (i.e., ones that do not jump into the middle of a different block), such as Java and C#, is given, avoiding the O(n3) complexity of the trivial algorithm calculating the transitive closure of the direct Dependence.

Avaliação funcional da disfagia de lactentes em UTI neonatal The functional evaluation of dysphagy in the neonatal intensive care unit

MÉTODOS: A amostra foi composta por 15 lactentes nascidos no Hospital Maternidade de Campinas (SP), para os quais houve solicitação de uma avaliação fonoaudiológica por parte do médico neonatologista responsável. Todos os lactentes foram avaliados uma vez pelo mesmo fonoaudiólogo e pelo mesmo médico otorrinolaringologista. A avaliação funcional da deglutição observou: a) a sensibilidade táctil extra-oral, b) a sensibilidade táctil intra-oral, c) o reflexo nauseoso e d) a movimentação dos bucinadores. A avaliação da deglutição videoendoscópica analisou: a) sensibilidade na cartilagem aritenóidea, b) o choro, c) a aspiração, d) a queda de saturação, e) a penetração. Utilizou-se o teste exato de Fisher para pequenas amostras e cada hipótese foi testada com nível de significância de 0,05. RESULTADOS: Observou-se que existe uma relação de dependência estatisticamente significativa entre as variáveis: 1) aspiração após fase faríngea e a penetração (alta e baixa) e 2) sensibilidade extra-oral nas bochechas e a sensibilidade na cartilagem aritenóidea. The evaluation of the videoendoscopy swallowing analyzed a) the sensibility in the arytenoid cartilage, b) the crying, c) the aspiration, d) desaturation and e) the penetration. The exact test of Fisher was applied for small samples and each hypothesis was tested with significance level of 0.05. RESULTS: At the end of the study, a statistically Dependence Relation between the variants was noticed: 1) aspiration after pharyngeal phase and penetration (high and low) and 2) extra oral sensibility on the cheeks and the sensibility on the arytenoid cartilage. CONCLUSION: This last result shows the association between a functional finding obtained by the Speech Therapist and a videoendoscopy finding achieved by the Otolaryngologist, that shows clearly the relevance of the team work among these two health professionals

Journal of Molecular Liquids, 2016Co-Authors: Dana Dragoescu, Magdalena Bendova, Zdeněk Wagner, Daniela GheorgheAbstract:Abstract In a continuation from a previous work, experimental densities, speeds of sound, and refractive indices data, for eight binary liquid mixtures of nitroethane with 1,1,2,2-tetrachloroethane, 1,1,1-trichloroethane, trichloromethane, 1,2-dichloroethane, 1,3-dichloropropane, 1,4-dichlorobutane, 1-chlorobutane and 1-chloropentane were measured in the temperature range of (298.15–318.15) K and at atmospheric pressure. From the measured data the derived properties, such as the excess molar volumes, the isentropic compressibility, the deviations in isentropic compressibility, the deviations in refractive indices, the molar refractions and the deviations in molar refractions data have been calculated. The excess properties of the binary mixtures were correlated by the Redlich–Kister type polynomials using a robust regression along the gnostic influence function. Speed of sound and isentropic compressibility data have been compared with calculated values from Jacobson free length theory (FLT), Nomoto's Relation (NR), Zhang Junjie's Relation (JR), Van Deal's ideal mixing Relation (IMR), Impedance Dependence Relation (IDR) and Schaaff's collision factor theory (CFT). The ability of different theoretical ( n , ρ ) mixing rules (Lorentz–Lorenz, Gladstone–Dale, Arago–Biot, Edwards and Eykman) to predict the refractive indices was evaluated. The experimental and calculated results are discussed in terms of molecular interactions and structural effects between components of mixtures.
