    Abstract:

    Objective To explore the application effects of problem-based learning (PBL) combined with WeChat video teaching mode of the practice nurses teaching in Digestive Endoscope department, so as to provide ideas and methods for practice nurses teaching of Digestive endoscopy. Methods A total of 90 practice nurses who entered the gastroenterology department of the Central Hospital of Enshi Autonomous Prefecture our Institute of Digestive endoscopy from January to December 2017 were selected as the research subjects by cluster sampling. The 45 practice nurses from January to June 2017 were recruited as the control group, and the other 45 from July to December 2017 were recruited as the experimental group. The control group used the conventional teaching method. The experimental group used PBL combined with WeChat video teaching mode. After 1 month's practice, the theoretical knowledge, teaching satisfaction and critical thinking ability were compared between the two groups. Results The theoretical knowledge score of the control group was (83.49±6.82) , which was lower than that of the experimental group (89.97±4.38) , and the difference was statistically significant (t=-5.363, P

The total score and the scores of each dimension of critical thinking ability of control group were all lower than those of the experimental group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05) . Conclusions The application of PBL combined with WeChat video teaching mode in the teaching practice of Digestive endoscopy nurses can improve the academic knowledge scores of practice nurses, improve their satisfaction with teachers, and help the training of critical thinking ability, which is worthy of clinical reference and promotion.     Objective To investigate the postoperative fatigue syndrome (POFS)of outpatient Digestive Endoscope. Methods A retrospective study was performed on 500 cases of out-patients underwent gastroscopy and 252 cases of the ones underwent colonoscopy from October 2016 to February 2017.According to whether anesthesia was performed or not, patients were divided into the painless gastroscope group, general gastroscope group, painless colonoscope group and general colonoscope group.The incidence, initial fatigue and duration of POFS were assessed. Results The incidence of POFS in painless gastroscope group (28.0%)was higher than (4.7%)in general gastroscope group, the initial fatigue rating[(5.19 ± 2.36)points]was higher than[(3.17 ± 0.58)points]in general gastroscope group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). The incidence of POFS in painless colonoscope group (48.0%)was higher than (6.4%)in general colonoscope group, and the duration of POFS[(9.16 ± 9.94)hours]was shorter than[(31.31 ± 32.00)hours]in general colonoscope group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). Incidence of POFS and initial fatigue score in painless gastroscope group were significantly lower than those in painless colonoscope group.Initial fatigue score and duration in the general gastroscope group were significantly lower than those in the general colonoscope group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion Conclusion POFS does exist after Digestive endoscopy, and the occurrence probability and severity of POFS in painless Digestive endoscopy patients is significantly higher than that in general gastrointestinal endoscopy patients.     Abstract:

    Near ultraviolet (n-UV) LED-based white light source (LS) can provide the excellent illuminant properties that show high-luminous efficacy (Le>80 lm/W) of radiation and high-color rendering index (CRI or Ra>99). Recent progress and future advantages of the n-UV white LED technology on the basis of our direct flip-chip bonding and stacked multi-layer structure methods will be described. Particularly, the fabrication process, and electrical and illuminant properties in the low-correlated color temperature (CCT or Tc~3452K) white LED with a high-luminous flux (~500 lm/PKG) are discussed, and its lighting and medical applications such as ecological street lighting and gastrointestinal Digestive Endoscope will be introduced. Furthermore, a color tunable white LS which is composed of multi-phosphor conversion LEDs and its characterization are described. Differences on the quality of light between the n-UV white LED and the conventional blue-YAG white LED will be clarified.

    Abstract:

    We have demonstrated a near-ultra-violet light-emitting diode (nUV LED) with external quantum efficiency in excess of 43% for emission centered at 400 nm. In conjunction with phosphor blends, novel white LED devices have been fabricated and offer superior color uniformity, high color rendering index, and excellent light quality. Lighting and imaging characteristics in a white LED illuminated Digestive Endoscope have been described for the first time.
