Ecuador: Latacunga: Universidad Técnica de Cotopaxi (UTC)., 2019Co-Authors: Gualan Puchaicela, Angel Eduardo, Riera Jimenez, Alex GeovannyAbstract:The technological proposal had as objective to design and implement a cocoa refining machine for the refining process, that allowed to obtain the optimal viscosity for preparation of chocolate tablets, this intervened in the need of eliminate the lumps that are presented in the pasta when grinding in mechanicals mills, analytical and technical methods of observation were used to solve the problem and get to obtain the following results: Capacity of 68 kg-150 lb, temperature of 45 °C, environment pressure, refining time 48 hours, speed of the gearmotor of 40 rpm, viscosity of the pasta of 5163.5 Centipoise or 5.1 Pa.s. The cocoa refining machine simplify the lumps that the pasta has in the mechanicals mills by means of its mechanical operation based on a gearmotor with box of piñoneria of 2 Hp, with an endless axis and blades of palette type which mixes by means of stainless spheres inside the Double Bottom Tank, its automatic operation consists of a speed control, by means of a frequency variator and a pyrometer for the temperature control, the construction material was made in stainless steel AISI 304 for its exclusive properties for food production.La propuesta tecnológica tuvo como objetivo diseñar e implementar una máquina refinadora de cacao para el proceso de refinado, que permitió obtener la viscosidad óptima para la elaboración de las tabletas de chocolate, esto intervino en la necesidad de eliminar los grumos que se presenta en la pasta al moler en los molinos mecánicos, se emplearon métodos analíticos y técnicas de observación para solucionar el problema y llegar a obtener los siguientes resultados: Capacidad de 68 kg - 150 lb, temperatura de 45 °C, presión al ambiente, tiempo de refinado 48 horas, velocidad del motorreductor de 40 rpm, viscosidad de la pasta de 5163.5 Centipoise o 5.1 Pa.s. La máquina refinadora de cacao simplifico los grumos que posee la pasta en los molinos mecánicos por medio de su operación mecánica a base de un motorreductor con caja de piñonería de 2 Hp, con un eje sin fin y aspas de tipo paleta que mezcla por medio de esferas inoxidables dentro del tanque de doble fondo, su operación automática consta de un control de velocidad por medio de un variador de frecuencia y un pirómetro para el control de temperatura, el material de construcción se realizó en acero inoxidable AISI 304 por sus propiedades exclusivas para la producción alimenticia

Journal of Dalian Maritime University, 2008Co-Authors: Yu HongliangAbstract:The integrated model of main engine and Double Bottom Tank underneath the main engine was developed to study the effects of Double Bottom Tank system on the vibration characteristic of the main engine,which would improve the actuation of vibration isolation for main engine.Based on the finite element method,this model focused on the shift of system vibration frequency and the influence of oil on the system vibration responses.Simulation results indicate that the system eigenfrequency decreases as the Double Bottom Tank is put into consideration.And the first eigenfrequency rise a little when the oil is filled,while the other higher frequencies decrease.Due to this effect,the frequency response curve moves towards the higher frequency,and the peak value of the response at original resonance frequency drops by more than 80%.
