permanent magnet synchronous motor driving system power converter without electrolytic capacitor and control method thereof
2017Co-Authors: Zhang Chao, Zhu Xiaoyong, Wang Kun, Quan Li, Du Yi, Zuo YuefeiAbstract:The invention discloses a permanent magnet synchronous motor driving system power converter without electrolytic capacitor and a control method thereof, and belongs to the field of power electronics. The power converter comprises a single-phase rectification circuit unit which is connected with a power grid and a three-phase inverter which is connected with a permanent magnet synchronous motor. The power converter also comprises an active power buffer circuit composed of first and second Electric Inductors, a thin film capacitor, a fifth diode, a sixth diode, a seventh diode and first and second switching tubes. The active power buffer circuit is adopted to control output current of the power grid and track the voltage change of the power grid. When the output power of the power grid is greater than the input power of the motor, the power gird directly supplies power to the motor through the three-phase inverter. The active power buffer circuit absorbs excess pulse energy of the power grid. When the output power of the power grid is less than the input power of the motor, the active power buffer circuit releases energy for working of the motor so that operation that the power factor of the power grid side approximate to 1 can be realized under the premise of guaranteeing the operation performance of the motor, the harmonic wave of the output current of the power grid is lower than 5% and thus the service life of the driving system can be enhanced.
