double images Encryption Method with resistance against the specific attack based on an asymmetric algorithm
Optics Express, 2012Co-Authors: Xiaogang Wang, Daomu ZhaoAbstract:A double-image Encryption technique that based on an asymmetric algorithm is proposed. In this Method, the Encryption process is different from the decryption and the encrypting keys are also different from the decrypting keys. In the nonlinear Encryption process, the images are encoded into an amplitude cyphertext, and two phase-only masks (POMs) generated based on phase truncation are kept as keys for decryption. By using the classical double random phase encoding (DRPE) system, the primary images can be collected by an intensity detector that located at the output plane. Three random POMs that applied in the asymmetric Encryption can be safely applied as public keys. Simulation results are presented to demonstrate the validity and security of the proposed protocol.

an image Encryption Method based on elliptic curve elgamal Encryption and chaotic systems
IEEE Access, 2019Co-Authors: Yuling Luo, Xue Ouyang, Junxiu Liu, Lvchen CaoAbstract:Due to the potential security problem about key management and distribution for the symmetric image Encryption schemes, a novel asymmetric image Encryption Method is proposed in this paper, which is based on the elliptic curve ElGamal (EC-ElGamal) cryptography and chaotic theory. Specifically, the SHA-512 hash is first adopted to generate the initial values of a chaotic system, and a crossover permutation in terms of chaotic index sequence is used to scramble the plain-image. Furthermore, the generated scrambled image is embedded into the elliptic curve for the encrypted by EC-ElGamal which can not only improve the security but also can help solve the key management problems. Finally, the diffusion combined chaos game with DNA sequence is executed to get the cipher image. The experimental analysis and performance comparisons demonstrate that the proposed Method has high security, good efficiency, and strong robustness against the chosen-plaintext attack which make it have potential applications for the image secure communications.

a new image Encryption Method parallel sub image Encryption with hyper chaos
Nonlinear Dynamics, 2012Co-Authors: Omid Mirzaei, Mahdi Yaghoobi, Hassan IraniAbstract:A new image Encryption scheme, based on a total shuffling and parallel Encryption algorithm is proposed in this paper. Two chaotic systems have been used in the Encryption algorithm to confuse the re- lationship between the plain-image and the cipher- image. To make the Encryption procedure more con- fusing and complex, the plain-image is first divided into 4 sub-images and then the position of each sub- image is changed pseudo-randomly according to a lo- gistic map. Next, a total shuffling matrix is used to shuffle the position of pixels in the whole image and then sub-images are encrypted simultaneously in a parallel manner. The experimental results on USC data base demonstrate that the proposed Encryption algo- rithm has a low time complexity and has the advan- tages of large key space and high security. Moreover, the robustness of this locally Encryption Method is much more in contrast with other Encryption schemes and the distribution of gray values has a random-like behavior in the encrypted image.
