Diagnostic algorithm of patients’ with pathology of Endocrine System Examination which demand simultaneous operative treatment
Zaporozhye State Medical University, 2016Co-Authors: S. N. Zavgorodnii, A. I. Rylov, M. B. Daniluk, O. S. Dolya, A. I. MarusiiAbstract:It was noticed that according to the World Health Organization data number of patients with pathology of Endocrine System increases annually. Particularly, nearly 20-30% of patients in hospitals have combined pathology that demands simultaneous operative treatment. Aim. The aim of the research was to analyze the operative structure in patients with pathology of Endocrine System. 636 case histories of patients with pathology of Endocrine System, which were operated during 2012-2014 years in Zaporizhia regional hospital and Zaporizhia state hospital of emergency care, were analyzed. Methods and results. The results analyses showed that the percent of simultaneous operations was very law. In fact, it was 6 % of all performed operations. Conclusion. This shows inadequate outpatient Examination and absence of accurate diagnostic algorithm that will allow to detect comorbidity in patients with Endocrine System pathology. Diagnostic algorithm of Examination of patients with pathology of Endocrine System that will permit to detect combined surgical pathology is needed
