Firstly, we investigate the entropy Property of actual Environment, and then show that its spatial correlation is not uniformly distributed. Based on this result, we present the clustering strategy which provides the efficient data aggregation. Through the simulation under the non-uniform correlation distribution, we show the advantage of the proposed scheme in terms of the energy consumption Property per node and the network lifetime.

Property rights are the relationship between a person and a thing (such as an Environmental amenity) and what an owner (and others) may permissibly do and not do with a given piece of Property. Until recently, Property rights to the Environment tended to be informal. This meant that one party could pursue a high-intensity use without a right, thereby ignoring the costs borne by low-intensity users. This is the idea of negative externalities, which exist when rights do not.
