Evaluation system and method of supply chain management maturity

Wang Y.Abstract:Based on knowledge of the implication of supply chain management, supply chain management function was divided into five sections which are plan, organizing, cooperation, control and innovation. Especially, innovation function was proposed. Combining the Evaluation content of supply chain management, from five perspectives of management function, analyzed and identified every Evaluation Index of supply chain management maturity and presented their evaluating standard and methods. The Evaluation Index system of supply chain management maturity was established. In order to achieve comparative rational Evaluation result, the Evaluation model compounding AHP and fuzzy methods was suggested.
