2017Co-Authors: Tarqui Tipo, Silvia Rocío, Cuadros Morales, Christiam Adriano IsraelAbstract:La presente tesis se elaboró con el fin de realizar la implementación de una Extranet para la gestión académica del Instituto de Emprendedores de la Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola, con la finalidad de que pueda brindar un mejor servicio a sus estudiantes, docentes, administrativos y una mayor facilidad de acceso y consulta a su información académica y económica, aumentando así su satisfacción con respecto al servicio brindado, dado que actualmente la información se solicita de manera presencial, que genera pérdida de tiempo, etc. Este proyecto se pudo realizar haciendo uso de la metodología SCRUM ya que, al ser una metodología ágil, se adaptó muy bien a los tiempos de desarrollo e implementación. Tanto la Extranet web como móvil ha sido desarrollada pensando en las necesidades y de acuerdo a los perfiles de usuario. Como resultado se consiguió mejorar el nivel de satisfacción de los estudiantes, docentes y administrativos, y reducir los incidentes por motivo de pagos desactualizados que era uno de los principales problemas en el instituto

Se soluciona gran parte de las problemáticas de migración de los sistemas operativos, servicios y la puesta en marcha de los sistemas de seguridad de la infraestructura de red, utilizando Zentyal Server como plataforma para la administración de la misma. Se explica el procedimiento de la instalación y configuración de Zentyal Server para luego implementar los servicios de gestión de infraestructura IT: DHCP, DNS, Controlador de dominio, Proxy, Corta fuegos, File Server, Print Server y VPN.In the final stage of the in-depth diploma in Linux, the objective is to migrate and execute services oriented to the administration and control of a GNU / Linux distribution focused on the implementation of IT infrastructure services, projected to professional work environments at intranet levels and Extranet. La distribución que se trabaja es GNU/Linux Zentyal Server 5.0 la cual es instalada y configurada como sistema operativo base para disponer de los servicios y plataformas de infraestructura IT. Los servicios y plataformas explicados en este trabajo son DHCP Server, DNS Server, Controlador de Dominio, Proxy no transparente, Cortafuegos, File Server, Print Server y VPN.This work is oriented to the administration and control of a GNU / Linux distribution based on Ubuntu, focused on the implementation of higher level IT infrastructure services for intranet and Extranet in complex institutions.
