  • SMC - Network simulation and vulnerability analysis on organization of Facility Management
2017 IEEE International Conference on Systems Man and Cybernetics (SMC), 2017
Co-Authors: Hongxia Tang, Ji-ming Cao, Zhiguo Shao
    Abstract:

Based on the perspective of ensuring business continuity through communication and cooperation between the members, the vulnerability of Facility Management organization under the interference of emergency was studied. The model and simulation of organization network of Facility Management based on knowing, emotion, consulting and collaboration relationship was put forward. With the case study, there was the questionnaire survey on a large enterprise Facility maintenance program for statistical analysis to build a network model. Vulnerability simulation on organization network was set under different failure modes. And the invulnerability and stability of the network were analyzed. The key factors which affect organizational effectiveness can be analyzed to provide optimization proposal for constructing the organization of Facility Management.

  • Evaluation of Facility Management by Multivariate Statistics – Factor Analysis
Selected Scientific Papers - Journal of Civil Engineering, 2013
    Co-Authors: Miloš Singovszki, Zuzana Vranayová
    Abstract:

Facility Management is evolving, there is no exact than other sciences, although its development is fast forward. The knowledge and practical skills in Facility Management is not replaced, on the contrary, they complement each other. The existing low utilization of science in the field of Facility Management is mainly caused by the Management of support activities are many variables and prevailing immediate reaction to the extraordinary situation arising from motives of those who have substantial experience and years of proven experience. Facility Management is looking for a system that uses organized knowledge and will form the basis, which grows from a wide range of disciplines. Significant influence on its formation as a scientific discipline is the "structure, which follows strategy". The paper deals evaluate technology building as part of an Facility Management by multivariate statistic - factor analysis.

Real Estate und Facility Management, 2009
Co-Authors: Norbert Preuß, Lars Bernhard Schöne
    Abstract:
