Pendidikan Matematika, 2014Co-Authors: Sisri Yunita, Sefna Rismen, Ainil MardiyahAbstract:A BSTRACT This research was conducted based on the fact indicating that the students’ understanding on mathematics concept was`stiil low, and their learning activities were not optimal yet. This research was aimed at revealing whether the use of True 0r False active learning strategy could give better effect on the students’ understanding on mathematics concept than that of the conventional learning, and to see its impact on the students’ learning activities. This was an exsperimental research which used random design toward the subject. In this research class XI IPA 4 was`chosen as the experimental class, and class XI IPA 1 as the control class. The instruments used in collecting the data were post-test and observation sheet. The test was in the form of essay whose r 11 was 0,841. The data gotten was analyzed by using t-test assisted with MINITAB. Based on the result of hypothesis test, it was found that P-value (0,000) was smaller than α (0,05) indicating that the hypothesis was accepted. Thus, it was concluded that the use of True or False active learning strategy could improve the student’ understanding on mathematics concept better than that of the conventional learning in class XI IPA of SMAN 2 Bayang.

That is couse the lesson still concentrate on the teacher and many of student only imitate their classmates exercise, this research have a parpose to see that is mathematics concept comprehension of the student with the active lesson application True Or False Statement type is more good than mathematics concept comprehension of the student with convensional lesson. Kind of research is experiment research with research design is random about subjek. Population in this research is the VIII grade. Sample removal technic is random, the VIII.2 grade is choose as experiment class and VIII.4 is choose as control class. Instrument that use is the last mathematics concept comprehension test. Type of the test is essay with test realibityis r 11 = 0,97. Analysis technic is t test with MINITAB. Be based on data analysis, we know that two sample class have a normal distribution an have a homogeneity with 95% trust level. The result of hypothesis test we have P - value = 0,004is that mean more low than α = 0,05, so the hypothesis of this research is receive than it can be interpret that mathematics concept comprehension of the student with the active lesson application True Or False Statement type is more good than mathematics concept comprehension of the student with convensional lesson in VIII grade SMPN 5 MuaraBungo lesson year 2013/2014.

Young children's classification of the corroboration of a False Statement as the truth or a lie

HaugaardAbstract:This article reports on an investigation of children's definitions of the truth that can pertain to their ability to provide accurate information during an, investigation or trial: whether corroborating an inaccurate Statement made by a parent is lying or telling the truth. Subjects were 133 preschool through third-grade children who were shown a videotape in which either a boy makes a False Statement to a neighbor about the neighbor's daughter hitting him and his mother listens passively or a mother makes a similar False Statement and the boy corroborates it. None of the children classified the corroboration as the truth. Only a small percent of the preschool and kindergarten children classified the boy's or mother's initial False Statement as the truth; all of the older children classified these Statements as a lie. About 20% of the children recalled incorrectly that the neighbor's daughter hit the boy.

The instrument of the research were a quiz and a posttest. The data gotten was analyzed by using t-test assisted with software MINITAB. Based on the result of dat a analysis, it was figured out that p-value was smaller than a indicating that the mathematical conceptual understanding of the students taught by using True Or False Statement active learning strategy was better than that of students taught by using conventional learning.

The Effect of Compensation System on the Dispute Resolution of Securities False Statement in China: A Law and Economics Analysis
Asian Journal of Law and Economics, 2018Co-Authors: Lin WangAbstract:This article examines the effects of compensation system in the dispute resolution of securities False Statement. Firstly, this paper develops an evolutionary game model to analyze the evolutionary stable strategy (ESS) of the dispute resolution. Then, we analyze the factor which influence the choice of the parties from an economics perspective. Expected compensation and expected systemic risk are more influential to the decision of the parties by derivation. Moreover, we test the theoretical deduction with statistics description of the private securities litigation in China. In conclusion, the irrational expectation of the litigation income, which influences the strategy selection of the parties and results in more lawsuits.
