design of logistics distribution network for Fast Fashion Product
Computer Engineering, 2012Co-Authors: L I GuoqiAbstract:This paper focuses on the tie-in-sale characteristic of Fast Fashion Product in the degenerating period of e-commerce retailing.A non-liner mixed integer programming model for multi-Product assembling and order taken by customer is proposed aiming at maximizing the profit of logistics distribution network for Fast Fashion Product.By introducing the assembling parameter and the study of assembling solution, the integer optimization can be realized in different assembling rate. The model is solved by using simulated annealing algorithm, and results illustrate that the enhancement of the assembling rate not only can increase the gross sales, but also can decline the logistics cost.

bi level programming model of Fast Fashion Product logistics network under pre sale strategy
Journal of Computer Applications, 2012Co-Authors: L I GuoqiAbstract:To solve the location-allocation problem of logistics network with respect to Fast Fashion Products under a pre-sale strategy,a bi-level programming model capturing the behaviors of online retailers and customers was proposed to minimize a total cost arising in the service of the logistics network.Common interests of the online retailer and the customer were considered synthetically.According to the characteristics of proposed model,an interactive fuzzy algorithm was adopted to determine locations, allocations, service plans of warehouse and third-party logistics enterprises.A case study was conducted to validate the feasibility of the proposed model and algorithm. The results reveal that the central warehouse should be located in a place close to areas of dense demand and the online retailers should provide a small amount of third-party logistics enterprices for customer selection.

governance of sustainable supply chains in the Fast Fashion industry
European Management Journal, 2014Co-Authors: Y Li, Xiukun Zhao, Dan Shi, Xiang LiAbstract:Abstract This paper examines the impact of corporate social responsibility behavior on the sustainability performance of focal companies and their partners in Fast Fashion supply chains. The attributes of sustainability and the mechanism of sustainability governance of the Fast Fashion supply chain are also discussed. From the perspective of strategic corporate social responsibility, we first analyze the motives for adopting sustainability governance in Fast Fashion supply chains, and identify seven competitive sustainable attributes of the Fast Fashion Product based on sustainable development theory. Then, by establishing a sustainability governance framework, we identify seven factors that affect the sustainability governance decision-making and evaluate the efficiency and legitimacy mechanism of sustainability governance from internal and external perspectives. Finally, we explore the application of the governance mechanisms via a case study based on H&M’s seven sustainability commitments. The findings suggest that the core influence and centrality of a corporation should be strengthened from the perspective of internal governance, and stakeholders should collaborate to achieve sustainability governance throughout the entire Fast Fashion supply chain from the perspective of external governance.
