    Abstract:

    The avionic system using Fiber Channel(FC) Network with single switch was described and a queuing model was built up for the Network.According to M/G/1 model of Queue Theory,parameters of queue length,service time and so on of this avionic system were analyzed and estimated.Four kinds of Fiber Channel Networks with different node numbers were simulated with OPNET.With the simulation results,the relationship of end-to-end delay with node number in Fiber Channel Network was analyzed,and the mathematic model was amended.The "jitter" of end-to-end delay was also studied,and the time needed for each kind of FC Network to become stable was analyzed.

    Abstract:

    In order to study the message delay of Fiber Channel,passive test of Network is needed.Since the message delay of Fiber Channel is quite small,the precision of traditional NTP can not meet the requirement of test.A one-way delay test method for Fiber Channel Network is proposed,named global clock Ethernet synchronization test.The precondition of this method is presented and the causation of the measurement error is studied.The test data of this method is the same as that of the Round Trip Delay test,thus its correctness is proved.Real experiments have indicated that this method has greatly improved the accuracy of measurement.
