    Co-Authors: Wang Qiongping
    Abstract:

Objective:To discuss the first aid and nursing cooperation of heavy traumatic Hematopneumothorax.Methods:38 patients with heavy traumatic Hematopneumothorax were treated by thoracentesis, closed thoracic drainage ,and so on.The nursing staff do well cooperation work actively, included:keeping unobstructed air way, correction shock in time and elimination hematocele and pneumatosis fleetly, nurse must observe the state of illness carefully,do well the care of closed thoracic drainage, pain and complications.Results:36 patients were cured under went actively therapy and careful nursing ,two patients were died. Conclusion:Actively first aid ,strict observation and careful nursing were the main guarantee of treatment heavy traumatic Hematopneumothorax.

  • first aid and nursing cooperation of acute traumatic Hematopneumothorax
    Guide of China Medicine, 2011
    Co-Authors: Sun Wenyu
    Abstract:

Objective To analyze the field of clinical closed thoracic drainage device in patients with traumatic pneumothorax treatment of blood effects. Methods The clinical diagnosis of pneumothorax in the blood of 53 patients,25 patients were randomly divided into two groups and the control group,28 patients in the control group received the traditional closed thoracic drainage, application of field observation group closed thoracic drainage, compared two groups of lung re-expansion time, catheter time and hospital stay, and tube failure and complications observed. Results In Group catheter time of(11.7±3.4)min,the observation group catheterization time of(6.5±1.4)min,compared with the control group was significantly shorter(P0.01),the observation group hospitalization and lung recruitment time were not significantly different(P0.05);control group,5 cases of pleural drainage failure to observe the group did not mistake the chest drainage. Conclusion Patients with traumatic hemopneumothorax first aid, field treatment of closed thoracic drainage device generally better than the traditional closed thoracic drainage devices, and nursing workload, shorter catheter, pleural drainage and more reliable, especially for hospital emergency first aid and war wounded wounded when hemopneumothorax delivery.

  • development of an animal model used for the evaluation of the portable Hematopneumothorax draining device
Chin J Naut Med & Hyperbar Med, 2009
Co-Authors: Lei Xue, Hua Tang, Xiong Qin, Tiewen Pan, X U Zhifei, Xinyu Ding, Juxian Sun
    Abstract:

Objective To investigate an animal model used for the evaluation of the efficiency of the portable Hematopneumothorax draining device. Methods Eighteen dogs were equally divided into three groups,i.e.the pure hemathorax group, the pure pneumothorax group, and the prolonged Hematopneumothorax group.Following development of the animal model,Chest X-ray film and uhrasonography were implemented to measure the respiratory frequency, heart rate and change pattern of oxygen saturation in peripheries of the experimental animals,pre-experiment,10 min,30 min and 60 min after the development of the model. Results Chest X-ray and ultrasonography revealed that respiratory frequency, heart rate of the three animal groups elevated significantly, while oxygen saturation dropped markedly 10 minutes after the development of the model. However, for the pure hemathorax and pneumothorax groups,no significant differences were noted in the respiratory frequency and oxygen saturation at 10 min,30 min and 60 min after the development of the model. And there were no differences in heart rate, which increased again 30 min after the development of the model, when comparisons were made between the two time points of 30 min and 60 min.Respiratory frequency and heart rate for the prolonged Hematopneumothorax group began to decrease and oxygen saturation dropped sharply,30 min after the development of the model. Conclusions This animal model is suitable for the evaluation of the efficiency of the portable Hematopneumothorax draining device used in the animal experiments.
