Effect Observation of Sodium Ozagrel and Low Molecular Heparin Calcium in Treating Progressivity Cerebral Infarction
Clinical Medicine & Engineering, 2020Co-Authors: Ning GuanlinAbstract:Objective To investigate the effect of sodium ozagrel and low molecular Heparin Calcium in treating progressivity cerebral infarction.Methods 60 patients with progressivity cerebral infarction were divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group received the treatment of normal therapeutic measures,and the observation group received the treatment of sodium ozagrel and low molecular Heparin Calcium on the foundation of normal therapeutic measures.Results The scores of NDS,NIHSS and ADL in the observation group after treatment were superior to those in control group(P0.05).INR and FIB in two groups after treatment were superior to those before treatment(P0.05).FIB in the observation group after treatment was superior to that in control group(P0.05).The total effective rate was 86.67% in the observation group and 56.67% in the control group,there was significant difference in them(P0.05).There were no significantly adverse side effects in the two groups.Conclusion The effect of sodium ozagrel and low molecular Heparin Calcium in treating progressivity cerebral infarction is obvious,which is worth being used widely.

the effectiveness and safety of rivaroxaban versus low molecular weight Heparin Calcium on preventing postoperative lower extremity deep vein thrombosis in elderly patients with hip fracture
Chinese Journal of Clinical Research, 2013Co-Authors: Wei HuiminAbstract:Objective To compare the preventive effect of rivaroxaban versus low molecular weight Heparin Calcium(LMWH)for lower extremity deep vein thrombosis(DVT)and evaluate the effectiveness and safety in the prevention post operative DVT in elderly patients with hip fracture.Methods From December 2009 to August 2011,128 elderly patients with hip fracture receiving hip operation were selected and randomized to gender-,age-,and operation type-matched two groups(n=64,each):rivaroxaban group and LMWH group.Beginning at 6 h post operation,anticoagulants were used in both two groups:rivaroxaban(in rivaroxaban group)10 mg once a day for three weeks by oral medication;LMWH(in LMWH group)4 100 U once a day for three weeks by hypodermic injection.The incidence of DVT and pulmonary embolism(PE),the postoperative drainage volume and bleeding volume were compared between two groups.Results The incidences of postoperative DVT in the operation of dynamic hip screw(DHS),artificial head replacement and total hip arthroplasty were 16.1%,11.1% and 20.0% respectively in rivaroxaban group,and that of the LMWH group were 12.9%,15.0% and 26.1%,respectively.There was no significant difference between two groups(all P0.05).No PE occurred after operation in all the patients.There was no significant difference in the drainage volume and bleeding volume of perioperative period between two groups.At the eighth day after artificial head replacement,big hematoma at wound place occurred only in one case in rivaroxaban group,and no other abnormalities were found.Conclusion Both rivaroxaban and LMWH can effectively prevent lower extremity DVT after hip fractures operation,which show an equivalent efficacy and have a similar safety at 6 h post operation,but oral rivaroxaban is more convenient and has a good patient compliance.

Clinical effect of sodium ozagrel combined with low molecular weight Heparin Calcium on patients with progressive cerebral infarction
Journal of Bengbu Medical College, 2020Co-Authors: Zhu Rui-fangAbstract:Objective:To observe the efficacy and safety of sodium ozagrel combined with low molecular weight Heparin Calcium on patients with progressive cerebral infarction.Methods:Fifty-two cases with acute progressive cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treatment and control groups(26 cases in each group).The patients in control group were only intravenously infused with 80mg of sodium ozagrel two times every day for 14 days on the basis of regular treatment,and the patients in treatment group were subcutaneous injected with low-molecular Heparin Calcium 5 000 U on the basis of control group,once a day for one week.The therapeutic effect was evaluated by National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS) and Bathal index(BI).Platelet count,coagulation time were detected before and after 7th and 14th day.Results:NIHSS was improved after treatment for one week,and BI scores were markedly improved after treatment one or two weeks in treatment group,which were significantly higher than those in control group(P0.01).Platelet count,coagulation time were within normal range,there was no obvious side effect in either group.Conclusions:Sodium ozagrel combined with low molecular weight Heparin Calcium was an effective and safe therapy for treatment with progressive cerebral infarction.

OBSERVATION OF THERAPEUTIC EFFECT OF LOW MOLECULAR WEIGHT Heparin Calcium IN THE TREATMENT OF UNSTABLE ANGINA PECTORIS
Medical Journal of Qilu, 2020Co-Authors: Li YananAbstract:Objective To determine the therapeutic effectiveness of low molecular weight Heparin Calcium in treating unstable angina pectoris(UAP). Methods 50 cases of unstable angina pectoris were randomly divided into 2 groups. 25 cases were treated with routine method as control group. The other 25 cases were treated with routine method plus low molecular weight Heparin Calcium served as treatment group. Results The clinical therapeutic effect in the treatment group was 92%, obviously notable(x2= 5. 71, P<O. 05 ) as compared with the control group of 64%. Disappearance of angina pectoris was observed in 6.25 ± 2.50 days in the treatment group, and 9.92±2. 27 days in the control group(t= 14.78, P<O. 05). Conclusion The treatment with low molecular weight Heparin Calcium for UAP is efficient, safe, convenient and valuable.
