Perkembangbiakan Staphylococcus aureus dapat terjadi pada bahan pangan unggas dengan kadar protein tinggi seperti telur. Telur merupakan salah satu produk unggas yang sering diolah oleh masyarakat untuk kemudian dikonsumsi.Telur selalu dihubungkan dengan cemaran Staphylococcus aureus yang berasal dari kotoran unggas dalam kloaka (jalan keluarnya telur) atau dalam kandang.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan higiene sanitasi dan kandungan bakteri Staphylococcus aureus pada telur asin di Kelurahan Penambongan Kecamatan Purbalingga Kabupaten Purbalingga Tahun 2018.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode desktriptif yang menggambarkan higiene sanitasi dan kandungan bakteri Staphylococcus aureus pada telur asin.Pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui observasi menggunakan checklist dan pemeriksaan Staphylococcus aureus pada telur asin di laboratorium.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh higiene sanitasi pengolahan telur asin pada 1 industri rumah tangga mulai dari penjamah, bahan makanan, sanitasi tempat pengolahan, cara pemilihan bahan makanan, penyimpanan bahan makanan, pengolahan makanan, pengangkutan makanan dan penyajian telur asin dikategorikan memenuhi syarat. The data collection is obtained from observation using checklist and examination of Staphylococcus aureus in salted egg in laboratory.Based on the results of the research obtains Hygiene sanitation processing of salted egg in 1 home industry started from the handlers, ingredients, the sanitation of the processing place, how to choose the ingredients, the ingredients storage, food processing, the transportation of food and the serving of salted egg. While the sanitation tools and the food storage are not eligible. Based on the samples examination from 1 home industry in laboratory, 3 samples of salted eggs are positively Staphylococcus aureus.The conclusions of the result of this research are the Hygiene sanitation of slated egg in 1 home industry are still not eligible, and in the samples of salted eggs are positively Staphylococcus aureus.     Abstract:

    Approximately 75% of Indonesia’s female have a complaint about leukorrhea at least once in a whole life and 25% females visit Health Center is because of leukorrhea. Leukorrhea is not a disease but a sign of disease occurance. Definite etiology of leukorrehea is health status, infection, environment, genetic and vulva Hygiene behaviour. Meanwhile behaviour be affected of knowledge. Therefore we conducted a study to determine relationship between knowledge and vulva hygiens behaviour which related to leukorrhea on santriwati in Pondok Pesantren Muwahidun Gembong, Pati. Design of the research was Cross Sctional study. Data were taken from respondents in Pondok Pesantren Muwahidun. Samples were taken by total sampling and who meet the inclusion are 49 samples and there are 30 (61,2%) respondents who have leukorrhea. Data were analyzed by Spearman rank to searching for relationship between knowledge and vulva Hygiene behaviour and Mann-whitney test to compare knowledge and behavior score to leukorrhea case. There is a relationship between knowledge and vulva hygiens behaviour with p=0,001 but no correlation between knowledge and vulva Hygiene behaviour to leukorrhea case with each p=0,229 and p=0,887. These data show that knowledge has a role to vulva Hygiene behaviour of santriwati

    Keputihan (leukorea, flour albus, vaginal discharge) adalah sekret berlebihan dari vagina selain darah haid, dan tidak disebabkan neoplasma atau penyakit sistemik. Keputihan merupakan masalah kesehatan reproduksi dialami hampir 75% perempuan didunia, paling tidak sekali selama hidupnya. Kurangnya pengetahuan, sikap, dan praktik dalam perawatan vagina diyakini berpengaruh terhadap kejadian keputihan patologis tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan, sikap, dan praktik personal Hygiene organ genital eksterna terhadap kejadian keputihan patologis pada mahasiswi Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Kristen Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian analitik korelasional pada 98 mahasiswi. Terdapathubungan yang bermakna (p= 0,000) dan korelasi positif antara tingkat pengetahuan, sikap dan praktik personal Hygiene dengan kejadian keputihan patologis. Lack of knowledge, attitude, and practice in vaginal care is believed to have an effect on the incidence of pathological vaginal discharge. This study aims to determine the relationship between knowledge, attitudes, and personal Hygiene practices of external genital organs on the incidence of pathological vaginal discharge in students of the Faculty of Medicine, Christian University of Indonesia. This study used a correlational analytical research design on 98 female students of the Faculty of Medicine, Christian University of Indonesia. It was found a significant relationship (p = 0.000) and a positive correlation between the level of knowledge, attitudes and personal Hygiene practices with the incidence of pathological vaginal discharge.
