    The invention relates to the technical field of react-native, and in particular to a react-native-based method for rapidly realizing the data acquisition of mobile terminals. The method comprises the following steps: firstly writing a custom JSON (JavaScript Object Notation) character string data format and encapsulating a JSON Interface Class api.js to realize Interface configuration; encapsulating a data acquisition Class Util.js to realize a data acquisition encapsulated Class; calling a JSON Interface and utility Class Util.js to carry out cross validation with a server, acquiring data if the validation is succeeded and returning abnormity prompt if the validation is failed; finally, carrying out groupware encapsulation to obtain GetData.js through a statement: var GetData=require (GetData.js'); directly inserting components into own items; thereby rapidly realizing data acquisition from the server side. The react-native-based method for rapidly realizing the data acquisition of the mobile terminals, provided by the invention, can be used for rapidly realizing the data acquisition of iOS and Android from the server side.

    Abstract:

    Shrinkage is a limitation of resin composite, compromising the clinical longevity of the restorative procedure. In an attempt to reduce their harmful effects, researchers have studied monomers with lower values of contraction. As a result, low-shrinkage composites were developed. This study evaluated quantitatively the shrinkage as a function of power density increase based on methacrylates, comparing them with silorane based resin, and qualitatively regarding gap formation between the adhesive Interface as function of tooth substrate. Resin Filtek P90 and Filtek Z250 were polymerized with the device Blue Star 3 with 200, 400, 600, 800 and 1000 mW/cm 2 keeping volume constant in 12 mm 3 . For qualitative analysis of restorative Interface, Class V cavity preparations in bovine incisors were restored in (2x2x2 mm 3 ), photoactivated with the same values of irradiance, and analyzed by scanning electron microscopy at the Interface of the wall surrounding enamel, dentin and axial. The quantitative results of the polymerization shrinkage were analyzed by two-way ANOVA and Tukey's test (p < 0.05), while qualitative data were submitedd to Mann-Whitney's, Kruskal-Wallis' and Miller's tests. The progressive increase in power density directly influenced the polymerization shrinkage of the materials studied, although the silorane based resin demonstrated significantly lower values. The marginal integrity was influenced by the dental substrate and the power density used.

    Abstract:

    Non-inducible tetracycline repressor (TetR) mutants were grouped in three structurally distinct Classes. We quantitated in vivo operator binding, inducibility, and in vitro tetracycline binding of mutants from each Class. Mutation of residues close to tetracycline (Class 1) leads to reduced affinity for the drug. Mutation of residues located at the connection of the DNA-reading head with the protein core (Class 2) and at the dimerization Interface (Class 3) bind inducer with the same affinity as wild-type TetR. These mutations interfere with the induced, but not the operator-binding conformation of TetR. The affinity of some Class 1 mutants for tetracycline is less affected than their inducibility, suggesting that the mutated residues are important for triggering those conformational changes necessary for induction.
