  • A Security Concept Based on Scaler Distribution of a Novel Intrusion Detection Device for Wireless Sensor Networks in a Smart Environment.
    Sensors, 2020
Co-Authors: Kenneth Rodolphe Chabi Boni, Zhe Chen, Thelma Dede Baddoo
    Abstract:

Following the significant improvement of technology in terms of data collection and treatment during the last decades, the notion of a smart environment has widely taken an important pedestal in the science industry. Built in order to better manage assets, smart environments provide a livable environment for users or citizens through the deployment of sensors responsible for data collection. Much research has been done to provide security to the involved data, which are extremely sensitive. However, due to the small size and the memory constraint of the sensors, many of these works are difficult to implement. In this paper, a different concept for wireless sensor security in smart environments is presented. The proposed security system, which is based on the scaler distribution of a novel electronic Device, the Intrusion Detection system (IDS), reduces the computational functions of the sensors and therefore maximizes their efficiency. The IDS also introduces the concept of the feedback signal and "trust table" used to trigger the Detection and isolation mechanism in case of attacks. Generally, it ensures the whole network security through cooperation with other IDSs and, therefore, eliminates the problem of security holes that may occur while adopting such a security technique.

  • technical analysis on the pyroelectric infrared sensor in Intrusion Detection Devices
Youth Academic Annual Conference of Chinese Association of Automation, 2017
    Co-Authors: Jin Huang
    Abstract:

As one of the critical components of Intrusion Detection Devices, the performance of the pyroelectric infrared sensor directly affects the performance of various types of Intrusion detectors. In the process of performance progression, strict selection of suitable pyroelectric infrared sensor is essential to Intrusion Detection Device. The performance of the passive infrared Intrusion detectors, active infrared Intrusion detectors, combined microwave and passive infrared Intrusion detector and other Intrusion Detection Devices will be effectively improved by analyzing working principle, material properties and structural design of the pyroelectric infrared sensors, designing and selecting the pyroelectric infrared sensor base on the specific requirements of security protection alarm and actual situation of designated area.

  • Generation of Intrusion Detection based on quantum genetic algorithm
Journal of Chongqing University of Arts and Sciences, 2010
    Co-Authors: Cao Jian-guo
    Abstract:

The generation of Intrusion Detection Device is the core of the Intrusion Detection system, and the generation of Intrusion Detection Device can be transformed into the problem of optimal classification of data.In place of complex problem of optimization, quantum genetic algorithm has strong searching capabilities and the most optimal performance. Therefore, this article introduced quantum genetic algorithm to achieve this optimization process, and conducted comparative experiments of Intrusion Detection.Experimental results showed the high accuracy of the algorithm based on the algorithm of text, markedly improved the stability of convergence, and faster convergence.
