Senyawa-senyawa yang menjadi target diperoLeh dari reaksi senyawa antara dibutiLtimah(IV) oksida, difeniLtimah(IV) dihidroksida dan trifeniLtimah(IV) hidroksida dengan asam 3-hidroksi benzoat. Senyawa-senyawa yang dihasiLkan kemudian diuji aktifitas antikankernya terhadap seL kanker Leukemia L-1210. Senyawa-senyawa hasiL sintesis dikarakterisasi dengan spektroskopi IR dan UV sinar tampak dan juga berdasarkan data mikroanaLisis. HasiL peneLitian menunjukkan bahwa senyawa trifeniLtimah(IV) 3-hidroksi benzoat memberikan hambatan tertinggi pada uji antikanker dibandingkan senyawa anaLog dari dibutiLtimah(IV) dan difeniLtimah(IV). Senyawa hasiL diperoLeh dengan mereaksikan berturut-turut dibutiLtimahIV) dikLorida, difeniLtimah(IV) dikLorida dan trifeniLtimah(IV) kLorida meLaLui senyawa antara dibutiLtimah(IV) oksida, difeniLtimah(IV) dihidroksida dan trifeniLtimah(IV) hidroksida dengan asam 4-hidroksibenzoat. Senyawa-senyawa yang dihasiLkan kemudian diuji aktifitas antikankernya terhadap seL kanker Leukemia L-1210. ResuLts from a preLiminary study in vivo using Leukemia L 1210° ceLLs on mice BDF 1 show that these compounds are potentiaLLy active.

Gnidimacrin aLso inhibits ceLL proLiferation of human cancer ceLL Lines suchas Leukemia K562 and gastric cancers Kato-Ⅲ in vitro. The IC50s of ceLL growth andcoLony forming of gnidimacrin were Lower than that of Adriamycin.
