Methodology: The study was descriptive and observational, consisting of 128 students. A questionnaire of 16 questions was used, validated with a value of 0.99 and reliability of 0.70. Results: It was found that according to the academic cycle the students presented a bad Level of Knowledge. Nivel de conocimiento sobre anestésicos locales en los estudiantes de estomatología de la universidad privada Antenor Orrego, 2020

Material y Método: El presente estudio fue observacional, el cual estuvo constituido por 57 alumnos matriculados de 9 no y 10mo ciclo de la carrera profesional de Estomatología de la Universidad Privada Antenor Orrego. Para la evaluación de la medición del nivel de conocimiento sobre anestésicos locales en los estudiantes se utilizó un cuestionario previamente validado. Resultados: El presente estudio encontró que el nivel de conocimiento sobre anestésicos locales en los estudiantes de Estomatología de la Universidad Privada Antenor Orrego (agosto-noviembre 2020) fue deficiente en 61,4%, un nivel regular en 36,8% y finalmente un nivel bueno en 1,8%. Por otro lado, respecto al nivel de conocimiento sobre anestésicos locales según ciclo de estudios, se obtuvo que el nivel con mayor deficiencia fue en 10mo ciclo (68,0%). Además, con respecto al nivel de conocimiento sobre anestésicos locales según género, en los estudiantes de Estomatología de la Universidad Privada Antenor Orrego, el sexo femenino obtuvo; un 61,5% de nivel deficiente, un 35,9% de nivel regular y finalmente un 2,6% de nivel bueno. En el mismo contexto el género masculino obtuvo un 61,1% de nivel deficiente, un 38,9% de nivel regular y un 0% de nivel bueno. Conclusión: El nivel de conocimiento sobre anestésicos locales en los estudiantes de Estomatología (entre el 9 no y 10mo ciclo) de la Universidad Privada Antenor Orrego es deficiente. Además, el nivel de conocimiento, según ciclo de estudios y género, sobre anestésicos locales en los estudiantes de Estomatología de la Universidad Privada Antenor Orrego también fue deficiente.To determine the Level of Knowledge about local anesthetics in Stomatology students of the Universidad Privada Antenor Orrego, 2020. Material and Method: The present study was observational and consisted of 57 students enrolled in the 9th and 10th cycles of the professional career of Stomatology at the Universidad Privada Antenor Orrego. A previously validated questionnaire was used to evaluate the measurement of the Level of Knowledge of local anesthetics in the students. Results: The present study found that the Level of Knowledge about local anesthetics in Stomatology students of the Universidad Privada Antenor Orrego (August-November 2020) was deficient in 61.4%, a regular Level in 36.8% and finally a good Level in 1.8%. On the other hand, with respect to the Level of Knowledge of local anesthetics according to study cycle, it was found that the Level with the highest deficiency was in the 10th cycle (68.0%). Nivel de conocimiento sobre anquiloglosia en estudiantes de la escuela profesional de estomatología de la UPAO Trujillo 2020

Material y método: El presente estudio descriptivo, prospectivo y de corte transversal evaluó una muestra de 160 alumnos utilizando un cuestionario virtual desarrollado en la Plataforma de Google Forms, validado por un juicio de expertos obteniendo un valor aceptable de 0.833 (test v de Aiken) y una confiabilidad de 0.788 (coeficiente Alfa de Cronbach). Resultados: Los resultados del estudio muestran que el 58.7 de alumnos tienen un nivel de conocimiento deficiente, el 36.9% regular y el 4.4% bueno. El nivel de conocimiento según el género se observó que tanto el género femenino como masculino hubo un predominio de nivel deficiente con un 55.6% y 65.4% respectivamente. El nivel de conocimiento según el ciclo de estudios, en el grupo de sexto ciclo, séptimo, octavo y noveno se observa un predominio del nivel deficiente con un 72.9%, 62.5%, 51.9% y 48% respectivamente. Mientras que los de 10mo presentaron un predominio del nivel regular con un 50%. Conclusiones: Se concluye que el nivel de conocimiento de los alumnos de Estomatología es deficiente. El género masculino presentó mayor porcentaje de nivel de conocimiento deficiente. Sólo los alumnos de 10mo ciclo presentaron un nivel de conocimiento regular.Determine the Level of Knowledge about tongue tie in students of the Professional School of Stomatology of the UPAO, Trujillo 2020. Materials and methods: The present descriptive, prospective and crosssectional study evaluated a sample of 160 students using a virtual questionnaire developed in the Google Forms Platform, validated by an expert judgment, obtaining an acceptable value of 0.833 (Aiken's v test) and a reliability of 0.788 (Cronbach's alpha coefficient). Materiales y método: El trabajo de investigación fue observacional y de corte transversal, se evaluaron a 138 agentes comunitarios de la Micro Red La Esperanza, aplicándoseles un cuestionario virtual de respuesta de selección múltiple sobre fisioterapia bucal. Dicho cuestionario constó de 10 preguntas, el cuestionario fue sometido a valoración por juicio de expertos (0,995). Se realizó prueba piloto en 20 estudiantes (0,774). El nivel de conocimiento fue clasificado en bueno, regular y malo. Se usó la prueba estadística de Chi-cuadrado. Resultados: Los agentes comunitarios de la Micro Red La Esperanza presentan un nivel de conocimiento bueno. Según género, el género femenino presento un mayor nivel de conocimiento con un 50% y el género masculino un 20%. Según edad, de 18-30 presentaron un 46% de nivel de conocimiento bueno, 31-45 un 17%, y los mayores de 45 años un 7%.Según tiempo de trabajo, menor de 1 año presento un 38%, de 1 a 2 años 9%, y mayor a 2 años un 23%. Conclusiones: Ambos géneros presentaron un nivel de conocimiento bueno. A mayor edad el nivel de conocimiento es menor. The study was prospective, cross-sectional, descriptive and observational; 127 mothers were evaluated with their children from 3 to 5 years of age. A structured survey was applied to assess the Level of oral health Knowledge of the mothers and children were given an oral examination, using the epidemiological indices of: Dental caries (ceo-d), Bacterial plaque (Greene and Vermillion. IHO-S), after training by a pediatric dentist through a pilot study, obtaining a kappa value greater than (0.80) according to intra-evaluator, and reliability (Alpha de Cronbach) at the Level of Knowledge (α = 0.70). It was found that the Level of Knowledge of the mothers was good with 59.1%; according to age in mothers aged 31 and over, 24.4% was good, according to the Level of education, mothers with technical and / or higher education had a good Knowledge Level of 30.7%, according to the index (CEO-D) of the children. very good Level with 42.5% and the index (IHOS) have a good Level with 52.0%.
