    TesisLima NorteEscuela de EducaciónAtención Integral del infante, niño y adolescenteLa presente investigación denominada: “Uso de las redes sociales en los estudiantes del 1° grado, Sección “A” del Nivel Secundaria del Centro de Educación Básica Alternativa “Lord Kelvin” del distrito y provincia de Moyobamba, año 2018”, es de tipo de No experimental, con un enfoque cuantitativo. El objetivo de la investigación fue de describir que redes sociales utilizan más los estudiantes del 1° grado, Sección “A” del Nivel Secundaria, teniendo en cuenta que en la actualidad y tras los avances tecnológicos existe mayor acceso a las redes sociales. La metodología utilizada corresponde a una investigación de tipo descriptivo simple, en donde se utilizó la encuesta y el cuestionario para la recolección de datos aplicado a una muestra de 28 alumnos en total, de los cuales 20 estudiantes son hombres y 08 estudiantes son mujeres. Para el análisis de datos se ha utilizado las tablas de frecuencia simples y de doble entrada para relacionar la variable de estudio y para visualizar los resultados se utilizó los gráficos. En la investigación se obtuvo a los siguientes resultados y conclusiones que el 43% de estudiantes utilizan de manera excesiva las redes sociales, mientras que 25% lo utiliza de manera moderada; sin embargo, el 32% utiliza las redes sociales de manera eventual. Siendo el Facebook la red social más utilizada con un 93% de estudiantes

    Lord Kelvin is considered one of the most important physicists of the nineteenth century. With multiple talents and a public man, he is the author of famous aphorisms, but many phrases attributed to him are not more than urban legends. One of the most known is that "there are only two little clouds in the sky of physics" and many variations, alluding the belief of completeness in physics at the beginning of the last century. The "two little clouds are nothing else than the theory of relativity and quantum mechanics, the two pillars of modern physics. In opposition to what is often propagated, Lord Kelvin seemed to be quite aware of the dead end of classical physics at that time and gave a clear indication to the newcomers of the paths to be followed.     Abstract:

    The purpose of this research was to establish the relationship between leadership and organizational culture of the Lord Kelvin Sciences School. Considering Leadership as the art (creativity) influence on people working with enthusiasm in a valuable goal. Organizational culture, understood as a set of basic assumptions, beliefs and values shared by the members of an organization and leading the operation of the same. To carry out this research work I took 57 teachers, 27 administrative staff (secretaries, coordinators and service personnel) as population. The sample of this research type is non- stratified probably sampling. (n=84). To collect information I applied a test to identify the capacity of the directors of the School of Sciences Lord Kelvin and a questionnaire to identify the type of organizational culture exists in the same school. This research concludes that leadership of the directors of the school of Sciences Lord Kelvin is high, that the type of organizational culture of the school is strong and demonstrates that the leadership and organizational culture have a significant influence.TesisEl propósito de la presente investigación fue establecer la relación de influencia que existe entre el liderazgo y la cultura organizacional del colegio de Ciencias Lord Kelvin de la ciudad de Trujillo. Liderazgo es entendido como el arte (creatividad) de influir sobre las personas para que trabajen con entusiasmo en la consecución de un fin valioso. La cultura organizacional entendida como una serie de supuestos básicos, creencias, y valores que comparten los miembros de una organización y que conducen el funcionamiento de la misma. Para realizar este trabajo de investigación se ha tomado como población a 57 docentes, 27 personal administrativo (secretaria, coordinadores y personal de servicio). El tipo de muestra para esta investigación es de muestreo no probabilístico estratificada. (n=84). Para recabar la información se aplicó un test para identificar la capacidad de liderazgo de los directivos del colegio de Ciencias Lord Kelvin y un cuestionario para identificar el tipo de cultura organizacional que existe en la misma institución. En la investigación se concluye que el nivel de liderazgo de los directivos del colegio de ciencias Lord Kelvin es alto, que el tipo de cultura organizacional que posee la institución educativa es fuerte, asimismo se demuestra que el liderazgo influye significativamente en la cultura organizacional

    The Scleroderma Clinical Trials Consortium represents many of the clinical researchers in the world who are interested in improving the efficiency of clinical trials in systemic sclerosis. The Scleroderma Clinical Trials Consortium has established 11 working groups to develop and validate better ways of measuring and recording multiple aspects of this heterogeneous disease. These include groups working on arthritis, disease damage, disease activity, cardiac disease, juvenile systemic sclerosis, the gastrointestinal tract, vascular component, calcinosis, scleroderma renal crisis, interstitial lung disease, and skin measurement. Members of the Scleroderma Clinical Trials Consortium may join any one or more of these groups. Some of the working groups have only recently started their work, some are nearing completion of their mandated tasks, and others are in the midst of their projects. All these projects, which are described in this article, will help improve clinical trials and observational studies by improving or developing better, more sensitive ways of measuring various aspects of the disease. As Lord Kelvin stated, “To measure is to know. If you cannot measure it you cannot improve it.” The Scleroderma Clinical Trials Consortium is dedicated to improving the lives of patients with systemic sclerosis and it is our hope that the contributions of the working groups will be one important step in this process

    To identify the problem of low academic performance, an educational diagnosis was carried out to the students of the Secondary Education Secondary of the Educational Institution ""Lord Kelvin"" of the city of Trujillo, and for that, it was used as instrument of data collection: The tests. To guide our research, the problem was determined: what effects the application of a pedagogical proposal based on the use of tics to improve academic performance in the history, geography and economy area of students of the secondary education of a private educational institution of Trujillo? In order to improve the academic performance, an educational proposal based on the use of Tics was applied, which was used in each learning session, which allowed; At the end of the established Educational Program; Improve academic performance with students. At the beginning of the investigation the control and experimental groups showed difficulties with averages of 4.35 and 4.74 points respectively; Thanks to the application of the educational proposal based on the use of Tics, the students of the experimental group raised their average to 16 points compared to the control group that maintained its average of 9.48; Which was significant reflected in the ""Z"" test with a value of 7.95.TesisPara identificar la problemática del bajo rendimiento académico se ejecutó un diagnóstico educacional a los estudiantes del segundo grado de Educación Secundaria de la Institución Educativa “Lord Kelvin” de la ciudad de Trujillo ; y para ello se utilizó como instrumento de recojo de datos: Los test. Para orientar nuestra investigación se determinó el problema ¿En qué medida la propuesta pedagógica basada en el uso de las Tics mejorará el rendimiento académico en el área de Historia, Geografía y Economía de los estudiantes del 2º grado de educación secundaria de una Institución Educativa Privada de Trujillo? Se trabajó solo el componente Espacio Geográfico, Sociedad y Economía, por lo que para mejorar el rendimiento académico se aplicó una propuesta pedagógica basada en el uso de las Tics la cual se empleó en cada sesión de aprendizaje, lo que permitió; al término mejorar el rendimiento académico con los estudiantes. Al inicio de la investigación los grupos control y experimental mostraron dificultades con promedios de 4,35 y 4,74 puntos respectivamente; gracias a la aplicación de la propuesta educativa basada en el uso de las Tics, los estudiantes del grupo experimental elevaron su promedio a 16 puntos frente al grupo control que mantuvo su promedio de 9,48; lo cual fue significativo reflejado en la prueba de test “Z” con un valor de 7,95
