    Abstract:

    The National Institute of Statistics and Informatics - INEI is a technical organism specialized to direct, coordinate and supervises the official statistical activities of Peru. Within its environment, the document processing system "Sisdoc 2000" has shortcomings in the documentary process; likewise, it does not have the option of attaching digital documents and the time to register documents is increasingly gradual due to the age of the system. Therefore, the purpose of the technological solution is to develop a web application using the RUP methodology to improve the document Management and at the same time the documents are digitized for a better conservation. For the development of the application we used the programming language C # with ASP.NET technology and as a database manager Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio. The results obtained during the tests were positive, where the quality indicators were satisfactorily metTesisEl Instituto Nacional de Estadística e Informática – INEI es un organismo técnico especializado de dirigir, coordinar y supervisar las actividades estadísticas oficiales de Perú. Dentro de su entorno, el sistema de trámite documentario “Sisdoc 2000” presenta deficiencias en el proceso documental; así mismo, no cuenta con la opción de adjuntar documentos digitales y el tiempo para registrar los documentos es cada vez más paulatino por la antigüedad del sistema. Por consiguiente, el propósito de la solución tecnológica es desarrollar una aplicación web utilizando la metodología RUP para mejorar la gestión documental y a su vez que los documentos sean digitalizados para una mejor conservación. Para el desarrollo de la aplicación se utilizó el lenguaje de programación C# con tecnología ASP.NET y como gestor de base de datos Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio. Los resultados obtenidos durante las pruebas fueron positivos en donde se cumplió satisfactoriamente con los indicadores de calida

    Abstract:

    The present project analyzes a viable and sustainable solution for companies that need to improve the availability, scalability, and security of their information by centralizing in a cluster a SQL Server database in SQL Server satellites. This will allow to decrease administrative time, increase high ability to information, and improve performance. Consequently, it will release hardware resources that could be reused on current requirements or in future projects, trying in this way to benefit companies that require it. To achieve this goal, a virtual infrastructure is created on which a SQL Server cluster consisting of two virtual nodes simulating an infrastructure of a companywill bedeployed, this will feature a virtual machine to handle the volumes of information presented to the cluster to storage the information, an Active Directory server for control and safety of the own accounts of the cluster, a computer that has SQL Management Studio for testing. Based on this implementation, an implementation manual is generated, which will serve as a guide for future implementations.El presente proyecto de titulación analiza una solución viable y sostenible en el tiempo para las empresas que requieren mejorar la disponibilidad, escalabilidad y seguridad de la información, al centralizar en un Clúster SQL Server las bases de datos SQL Server satélites de sus aplicativos, que permite lograr disminuir los tiempos administrativos, incrementar alta disponibilidad a su información, mejorar el performance y de esta forma liberar recursos de hardware que podrían ser reutilizados en requerimientos actuales o futuros proyectos, tratando de esta forma de beneficiar a las empresas que lo requieran. Para conseguir este objetivo se recrea una infraestructura virtual sobre la cual será desplegado un Clúster SQL Server conformado por dos nodos virtuales que simula una infraestructura de una empresa, la misma que contará con una máquina virtual para el manejo de los volúmenes de información presentados al Clúster para el almacenamiento de la información, un servidor Active Directory para el control y seguridad de las cuentas propias del Clúster, un computador que cuente con SQL Managment Studio para realizar las pruebas. En base a esta implementación se genera un manual de implementación, el mismo que servirá de guía en futuras implementaciones

    El presente trabajo de investigación titulado “Sistema de Información Web para mejorar los procesos en el Área de Servicio de Postventa de la Empresa Autonort Trujillo S.A” tiene como fin lograr que el Servicio de Postventa tenga un mejor control, manejo y consulta rápida de la información. Así como la reducción de tiempos sobre los procesos de registro de citas y atención de las citas, ya que el cliente será un usuario y podrá ver a través de la web información sobre su cita, el mantenimiento de su(s) vehículos y cuando están listos para su entrega. Así mismo, el servicio de postventa permite a las agencias del sector automotriz conocer la opinión de los clientes, identificar oportunidades de mejora y evaluar los productos y procesos. Sin embargo, un deficiente servicio de postventa puede afectar negativamente los puntos de vista de los clientes y disminuir los niveles de ventas. Es así que teniendo la tecnología como herramienta principal reemplazará lo que en la actualidad se viene desarrollando de forma manual. El diseño general de esta Investigación es de tipo Cuasi-Experimental (Pre-Test y Post-Test). Se utilizó encuestas, entrevistas, y observación como técnica de recopilación de datos, se formuló preguntas abiertas y cerradas a los diferentes entrevistados (Asistentes, Asesores de Servicio y Clientes). Y para la contrastación de la hipótesis se utilizaron dos tipos de pruebas estadísticas, para los indicadores cualitativos se utilizó la Distribución t Student, y para los indicadores cuantitativos la Distribución Normal Z; para el modelado se utilizó la metodología RUP y para su desarrollo la tecnología Asp.net con lenguaje C# y JavaScript, IIS y gestor de base de datos SQL Server Management Studio. Con la implementación del Sistema de Información Web se logrará incrementar significativamente los niveles de satisfacción de los clientes, reducir los tiempos en la búsqueda de información de la cita, reducir los tiempos que utilizan los asesores de servicio en atender la Cita y en generar una orden de trabajo.TesisThe present research work entitled "Web Information System to improve processes in the Post-Sales Service Area of the Autonort Trujillo SA Company" Its purpose is to ensure that the After Sales Service has better control, handling and quick consultation of the information. As well as the reduction of time on the processes of record of appointments and attention of the appointments, since the client will be a user and will be able to see through the web information about his appointment, the maintenance of his vehicles and when they are ready for his delivery. Also, after-sales service allows automotive agencies to know the opinion of customers, identify opportunities for improvement and evaluate products and processes. However, a poor after-sales service can negatively affect the clients' points of view and reduce sales levels. Thus, having technology as a main tool will replace what is currently being developed manually. The general design of this research is of the Quasi-Experimental type (Pre-Test and Post-Test). Surveys, interviews, and observation were used as a data collection technique. Open and closed questions were formulated for the different interviewees (Assistants, Service Advisors and Clients). And for the testing of the hypothesis two types of statistical tests were used, for the qualitative indicators the Student t Distribution was used, and for the quantitative indicators the Normal Distribution Z; for modeling the RUP methodology was used and for developing technology Asp.net, C # language and JavaScript, IIS and database manager SQL Server Management Studio.
