    Abstract The author describes the strategy for preparing a Medium-Size international business for the emergence of the single European market. The business had the benefit of an international culture and a multinational team of managers, sales and technical teams. It focused early on creating a pan-European structure and grew rapidly by organic expansion and acquisition. The ultimate aim is to create world-wide business groups firstly in aerospace and electronics and then in other markets.

    Abstract:

    Reliability, availability and maintainability (RAM) analysis of the cheese production line over a period of 17 months was investigated. The best fit of the failure and repair data between the common theoretical distributions was found and the respective parameters were computed. The reliability and hazard rate modes at the entire production line were calculated as well. The models are anticipated to be a useful tool to assess the current conditions, and to predict the reliability for upgrading the maintenance strategies of the production line. It was found out that (a) the availability of the cheese production line is 91.20% and went down to 87.03%, (b) the dominant four failure modes have the 62.2% of all the failures of the cheese production line, and (c) the average of a failure is every 12.5 operation hours and the mean time to repair is 66 min. This analysis will be very useful in terms of identifying both the occurring and latent problems in cheese manufacturing process of and, eventually, solve them.

    Abstract:

    ABSTRACT Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of the innovation performance through busi-ness innovation activities by small and Medium Size Company as well as to test the moderating effects on the innovation techniques’understanding and conformance.Methods: The data for the empirical analysis was collected from 132 companies mainly located in Jeolla and Gyeonggi Province. Cronbach’s alpha factor analysis, multiple regression analysis and hierarchical multiple regression were used for statistical methods.Results: The Statistical analysis results show that innovation performance through business innovation techni-ques and activities was effected by CEO leadership, Company capability and training for employees.Conclusion: Through this study we tried to give some suggestions for improving innovation performance through business innovation activities for the small and Medium Size Company.Key Words: Business Innovation Activity, Innovation Techniques, Innovation Performance
