    Abstract:

    The characteristics and production processes of Meteorological Chart for TV service,and functions of Photoshop script are analyzed in this paper,hence the design of Meteorological TV Chart production system based on Photoshop scripting is proposed.The commands in Photoshop script,such as calling of the basic object model classes and delivery process of external variables,are demonstrated through a case of bar graph production.The Photoshop script can produce Meteorological TV Chart automatically in accordance with the variety and size of Meteorological data without additional hardware requirement,which can improve the efficiency of Meteorological TV Chart production.

    Abstract:

    The ethos is the "information base" and "Meteorological Chart" of one society,with the functions of "barometer" and "wind vane".It is an important task confronted with the contemporary ethos research work to establish a comparatively scientific and systemetic evaluation index system.This system should be in according with the aim of ethos objectively and can explain the situation of the ethos comprehensively.Meanwhile,these indexes should also reflect how social groups perceive and treat the ethos within that society with a scientific classification and integration.Starting from the aspects of the principles of selecting indexes,the main issues in the process of selecting indexes and the operationalization of the ethos concept,the researcher have established an evaluation index system on the basis of four evaluation dimensions including social psychology,social behavior,sense of culture and academic theories)
