The user privilege has played a part in Operating System security, which can greatly prevent worm programs. If someone gets the highest privilege, he gets the whole System. The Windows 8 privilege management inherits from Windows Vista’s UAC (User Account Control) System and improved it. Now there are two types of method to elevate user privilege, one is aim at the UAC in Ring 3 mode, the other is attack the kernel of Operating System in Ring 0 mode. This paper is primarily analyzing and testing these methods

    Abstract:

    Hemostasis laboratory testing methods have changed significantly over the past decades, from totally manual, to fully automated methodologies. Most medical laboratory educators prefer to use manual or semi–automated methods to teach hemostasis so that students can “see” what is occurring during the testing method, but many semi-automated instruments are no longer commercially available or are not cost-effective for education programs. In consideration of these factors and due to programmatic expansion to a coordinate campus, the CLS program explored new ways to teach hemostasis methods equitably and affordably across two distant locations. Working with an instructional design team versed in online education, five virtual hemostasis laboratory exercises were created that mimic the manual methodologies. Web-based didactic instruction was also developed to teach the testing theory and pathophysiology related to patient results. The efficacy of the virtual instruction was evaluated through assessment of student performance on exam questions, professional certification scores for the platelet/hemostasis sub-category, student satisfaction surveys, and evaluation of student performance during their clinical experience. Results showed that students in the virtual delivery format performed significantly better on exam questions compared to the traditional delivery method group, but there was no significant difference in their performance on the professional certification exam. Both student and preceptor feedback have been positive on the value of the exercises for students9 understanding of hemostasis.     Naloga govori o prednameščanju operacijskega sistema Microsoft Windows 8.1. Problem predstavlja naročilo 20 osebnih računalnikov, na katere je treba namestiti poenoten operacijski sistem. Cilj je poenostaviti postopek do te mere, da bodo nameščeni sistemi identični in da v procesu nameščanja operacijskih sistemov ne bo moglo priti do odstopanj. S programskimi orodji Microsoft Windows Assessment and Deployment Kit sem postopek prednameščanja poenostavil. S programom Windows System Image Manager sem ustvaril datoteko Answer, v kateri so zapisani vsi želeni podatki, ki se zapišejo v operacijski sistem. S programom Deployment Image Servicing and Managament Techical Reference pa prednameščen operacijski sistem zapišemo v datoteko .wim in jo poljubno poimenujemo. Zapisano sliko datoteke .wim hranimo na trdem disku ali izmenljivem disku in jo kadarkoli lahko uporabimo za prednameščanje novega operacijskega sistema Microsoft Windows 8.1.In this thesis i want to show the procedure of pre-installing the Microsoft Operating System Windows 8.1. Problem represents the order of 20 personal computers on which it is necessary to install a unified Operating System. The aim is to simplify the process to such an extent that installed Systems are identical, and that in the process of installing the Operating System can not get to deviations. I simplified the procedure of pre-installing Operating System with Microsoft Windows Assessment and Deployment Kit tool. With Windows System Image Manager tool I create answer file. In answer file are settings which contains definitions and values to use during Windows Setup. With Deployment Image Servicing and Managament Technical Reference tool pre-installed Operating System we write to the image .wim file and save it to the hard disk or removable disk. This image is used for pre-installing new Operating System Microsoft Windows 8.1
