Denganqkataqlainqproyek terhindardari segala macam pengeluaran biaya yang tidak diingginkan, sehing ga keuntungan yangsudah direncanakan dapat tercapai. Adapun masalah masalah yang dapat menyebabkan pengeluaran menjadi membesar, salah satunya adalah lamanya durasi pelaksanaan proyek. Untuk mencapai hasil proyek konstruksi yang efisien dari segi biaya, w aktu, dan tenaga kerja maka penulis menerapkan program Microsoft Project Manager 2016 untuk membantu perenca naan , pengelolaan, dan penjadwalaan yang sangat mendukung proses administrasi proyek.Pada studi ini membahas tentang penjadwalan dan pembiayaan menggunakan 2 alternatif yang mencakup analisa produktifitas alat berat, durasi proyek, kebutuhan jumlah sumber daya tenaga kerja, analisa harga satuan pekerja, rancangan anggaran biaya, dan rencana kurva s dengan memperhatikan urutan pelakdanaan pekerjaan dan kebutuhan material dari penjadwalan Microsoft Project Manager 2016 yang menghasilkan jaringan kerja berupa hant chart. Sehingga pekerjaan yang mengalami konflik dapat langsung terlihat kemudian cepat dikontrol.Tujuan dari penyusunan tugas akhir ini adalah untuk mengetahui alternative mana yang paling efisien ditinjau dari segi waktu dan biaya untuk percepatan durasi proyek. Kedua alternative memberikan perbedaan analisa dan hasil yang tentunya berbeda dari segi waktu dan biaya dengan alternative 1 ( 98 hari , biaya total proyek Rp. 13.715.265.892,89) dan alternative 2 penambahan alat berat (80 hari, biaya total proyek Rp. 13.617.640.993,96). Ditinjau dari segi waktu dan biaya serta kelemahan dari kedua alternative, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa penambahan alat berat adalah alternative yang dianggap efisien untuk pelaksanaan.). In other words the Project is avoided from all kinds of expenses that are not excluded, so that the planned benefits can be achieved. As for the problem problems that can cause expenditure to be enlarged, one of which is the length of the duration of the Project. To achieve the results of a construction Project that is efficient in terms of cost, time, and labor, the writer applies the Microsoft Project Manager 2013 program to help plan, manage, and schedule which strongly supports the Project administration process.This study discusses scheduling and financing using 2 alternatives which include analysis of machine productivity, duration of the Project, the need for labor resources, analysis of labor unit prices, draft budgetary costs, and curve plans s taking into account the implementation of the work order and material requirements of scheduling Microsoft Project Manager 2016 that produces a network in the form of a hant chart. So that work that experiences conflict can immediately be seen then quickly controlled . The purpose of this final assignment is to find out which alternative is the most efficient in terms of time and cost to accelerate the duration of the Project. The two alternatives provide different analysis and results which are certainly different in terms of time and cost with alternative 1 (98 days, total Project costs of Rp. 13,715,265,892.89) and alternative 2 additions of heavy equipment (80 days, total Project costs of Rp. 13,617. 640,993.96). In terms of time and cost and the weaknesses of the two alternatives, it can be concluded that the addition of heavy equipment is an alternative that is considered efficient for implementation. Pelaksanaan konstruksi pada Bendungan Gondang memiliki kompleksitas yang cukup tinggi, baik ditinjau dari segi sumber daya yang digunakan maupun dari segi macam pekerjaan. Sehingga diperlukan manajemen penjadwalan yang fleksibel agar dapat diterapkan dilapangan. Dengan begitu jadwal pelaksanaan konstruksi pada Bendungan Gondang tidak akan mengalami keterlambatan. Untuk mendapatkan penjadwalan yang optimal dalam hal efisiensi waktu, biaya dan sumber daya, maka digunakan program Microsoft Project Manager 2016 untuk dapat mengetahui kegiatan yang dapat dioptimalkan dalam suatu penjadwalan. Dalam melakukan percepatan digunakan penambahan jam kerja dan penambahan sumber daya. Berdasarkan hasil penjadwalan, pelaksanaan konstruksi conduit pengelak dan cofferdam pada Bendungan Gondang dengan durasi 602 hari didapatkan anggaran biaya sebesar Rp. 120.650.000.000,00. Setelah dilakukan percepatan jadwal proyek menggunakan alternatif penambahan jam kerja, didapatkan jadwal proyek dengan durasi 452 hari yang membutuhkan rencana anggaran biaya sebesar Rp. 122.279.000.000,00. Sedangkan percepatan jadwal proyek menggunakan alternatif penambahan sumber daya dengan durasi yang sama diperoleh rencana anggaran biaya sebesar Rp. 120.138.000.000,00. The complexity of Gondang dam construction is quite high, both in terms of resources and work aspect. According to that, flexible scheduling management is required to be applied in the field. Therefore, the schedule of Gondang dam construction will not delay. To get optimal scheduling in terms of time efficiency, cost and resources, then Microsoft Project Manager 2016 is used to find out which activities can be optimized in a scheduling. In accelerated used additional working hours and additional resources. Based on the results of the field survey, two alternatives were made possible, namely the addition of working hours for 4 hours per day and the addition of resources. Depend on the scheduling result, the budget plan of Diversion Tunnel and Cofferdam construction on Gondang dam is Rp. 120.650.000.000,00 with duration of 602 days. After the acceleration of the Project schedule using the addition of working hours, the budget plan of the Project schedule is Rp.122.279.000.000,00 with the duration of 452 days. While the acceleration of the Project schedule using the addition of resources with the same duration, the budget plan of the Project schedule is Rp. 120.138.000.000,00. Pelaksanaan konstruksi Bendung PLTA Sion merupakan salah satu proyek yang berskala menengah dan memiliki kompleksitas yang cukup tinggi, baik dari segi sumber daya yang digunakan maupun dari segi jenis pekerjaan. Selain itu pelaksanaan konstruksi Bendung PLTA Sion memiliki batasan waktu dan biaya dimana dalam pelaksanaannya tidak boleh melebihi waktu dan biaya yang telah ditentukan, sehingga dibutuhkan suatu penjadwalan yang baik untuk mengatasi berbagai masalah yang mungkin terjadi. Untuk mendapatkan penjadwalan yang optimal dalam hal efisiensi waktu, biaya dan sumber daya, maka digunakan program Microsoft Project Manager 2016 untuk dapat mengetahui kegiatan yang dapat dioptimalkan dalam suatu penjadwalan. Dalam melakukan percepatan digunakan penambahan jam kerja dan penambahan sumber daya alat berat. Berdasarkan hasil penjadwalan, pelaksanaan konstruksi Bendung PLTA Sion dengan durasi 654 hari didapatkan anggaran biaya sebesar Rp. 272.415.246.000,00. Setelah dilakukan percepatan jadwal proyek menggunakan alternatif penambahan jam kerja, didapatkan jadwal proyek dengan durasi 511 hari dan rencana anggaran biaya sebesar Rp. 275.231.147.000,00. Sedangkan percepatan jadwal proyek menggunakan alternatif penambahan sumber daya alat berat dengan durasi yang sama diperoleh rencana anggaran biaya sebesar Rp. 272.583.413.000,00. Penentuan batas waktu yang ada membuat suatu proyek terhindar dari pemborosan biaya. Dalam pengerjaan skripsi ini penulis menggunakan Microsoft Project Manager 2013 dalam pengerjaannya. Durasi normal proyek yang didapat dari analisis penulis yaitu 28 bulan dengan biaya proyek sebesar Rp149.165.111.606.01 dan sumber daya yang digunakan sebesar 117 orang. Alternatif yang digunakan pada studi kali ini yaitu penambahan jam kerja selama 2 jam dan 3 jam. Pada penambahan 2 jam didapat durasi proyek menjadi 27 bulan dengan total biaya proyek sebesar Rp152,078,069,076.37 dan sumber daya yang digunakan sebesar 122 orang sedangkan pada penambahan 3 jam kerja durasi proyek menjadi 26 bulan dengan total biaya proyek sebesar Rp157,711,059,753.84 dan sumber daya yang digunakan sebesar 124 orang. . Kata Kunci : Alternatif, Durasi Microsoft Project Manager 2013, Penjadwalan, Proyek ABSTRACT: A Project has a time limit that must be completed on time or even before the existing deadline so that the goal of a contractor can be achieved maximally. Determining the time limits make s a Project avoid the waste of costs. In this minor thesis work , the author uses Microsoft Project Manager 2013 in the process. The normal duration of the Project obtained from the author's analysis is 28 months with Project cost of Rp14 9 , 165 , 111 , 606 . 01 and resources used for 117 people. Alternative used in this study is the addition of 2 working hours a nd 3 working hours. In addition to 2 hours the Project duration is reached to 27 months with total Project cost of Rp152,078,069,076.37 and resource used is 122 people while in addition of 3 working hours of Project duration to 26 months with total Project cost of Rp157,711,059,753.84 and resources used for 124 people .
