CONSTITUTION: A safety device of a control lever(11) comprises a console box(12) tilted and installed at the side of a driver's seat(10) and composed of the control lever, a safety lever(13) tilted and fixed to a first support for fixing the console box, a console box tilting lever(14) fixed to the first support, an Operation Switch assembly connected to a joint fixed to the first support to horizontally support the safety lever and to shut off power of a first limit Switch by tilting the safety lever in turning the console box tilting lever, and a latch assembly having a latch detachably combined with a second support(19) and shutting off power of a second limit Switch by tilting the console box upward.
