service specification and service compliance how to consider the responsibility dimension
Journal of Service Science Research, 2012Co-Authors: Abdelaziz Khadraoui, Christophe FeltusAbstract:Service engineering is a huge research topic that addresses the specification, the compliance and the sharing of business and IT services across companies, institutions or governmental organizations. Despite many advantages of working with the services, the guarantee of service compliance and management of the service overlaps by the stakeholders remains challenging. The objective of this document is to present a methodological approach in order to specify the links between the Organizational Layer and the informational Layer of services. Therefore our research has focused on clarifying the responsibility dimension of the stakeholders involved in those services. The proposed approach is illustrated with an example in the context of sensitive data exchange between stakeholders from the healthcare domain.

Research on coupling- interaction structure of large- scale construction company programme contracting and firm growth
Journal of Railway Science and Engineering, 2015Co-Authors: Guo FenAbstract:Under the trend of construction projects becoming increasingly gigantic and clustered,large- scale construction companies will no longer face fragmented management of a single project, but be bound to seek the coupling development of programme contracting and firm growth. However, the intrinsic relationship between programme contracting and firm growth has not been systematically studied. Therefore,in this paper the large-scale construction company growth system was firstly described based on the interaction of core competence and growth strategy according to enterprise management theory. Meanwhile, the programme contracting system was presented according to programme management theory, which was composed of Organizational Layer, programme Layer and sub- project Layer. Then the coupling- interaction structure was analyzed combined with coupling theory upon the two systems, and the features, elements and action law of that structure was specified clearly. As a consequence, the research in this literature lays a solid foundation for further study of the coupling- interaction relationship between the programme contracting and firm growth.
