    Abstract:

    Controlled spray machine is important agricultural machinery in green agriculture implemented.In this paper,based on the phenomenon of field applicators are serious waste,we design a self-control Plant Protection spray machine.The machine uses DC motor PWM technology and hydraulic technology.By research Plant Protection machinery,auto-lift boom,according to the procedure in the field auto-walk,turn and spray functions,self-control-type Plant Protection machinery can be more satisfied.Besides,it improves the automation level of Plant Protection machinery.

    Abstract:

    Chassis of the self-control Plant Protection spray machine is the core of Plant Protection machinery and its control system is the intelligent guarantee of Plant Protection machinery.The hardware and the software parts of the Plant Protection equipment chassis's control system is designed in this paper.AT89S52 microcontroller is the core of hardware.Programs written by C language combine speed module,power supply,4 × 4 keypad,LCD display module and the DC motor driver module to control the progress of Plant Protection machinery and steering.It is tested ideal control is gained by experiment and the intelligent Plant Protection spray to run is realized.

    Based on analyzing the Vietnam economic regions of the agriculture and forestry production,the plowing types and the present condition of Plant Protection,the application and the existing problems of the Vietnam Plant Protection machines were analyzed.The research cooperation and the development trend were studied on the Chinese and Vietnamese Plant Protection mechanization for the development and extension of the Plant Protection machines and the personnel training of researchers,applicators and graduate students.

  • Experiences with Implementation and Adoption of Integrated Plant Protection (IPP) in Germany

    Abstract:

    In Germany, the European legal requirements concerning Plant Protection are supplemented by exhaustive national regulations on the use of Plant Protection products and a national action plan for sustainable use of Plant Protection products since 2008. Those provisions ensure the achievement of the key target of risk reduction arising from use of Plant Protection products, provide a high level of security and Protection of human health and environment, and support the implementation of integrated Plant Protection in all sectors. Important elements to achieve the risk reduction goal are applied research in integrated Plant Protection and Plant breeding mainly based on federal programs, growing resistant cultivars, the use of biological and biotechnical measures, the use of decision support systems supported by a dense network of weather stations, applying damage thresholds, use of certified application equipment, training of farmers, use of inspection systems, support by incentives and maintaining efficient advisory services. The national network of reference farms and the set up of demonstration farms across several sectors are recognised as valuable sources to obtain robust data about Plant Protection in Germany. Furthermore, integrated Plant Protection is strongly driven by crop- or sector-specific guidelines which are mainly developed, implemented and controlled by producer associations.

    Abstract:

    Plant Protection covers all the processes regarding the yield loss due to weeds, diseases and pests. Plant Protection practices consist of chemical, cultural, biological, mechanical and integrated methods. Pest control is one of the most preferred Plant Protection methods which is due to easy to apply and has high speed of effect. The selection of the spraying unit that carries the pesticide to the target in the pest control plays an important role in the success of the application. However, the adsorption ratio of the pesticide on target have varies according to the sprayer, the application norm, the interaction between the Plant and the environment. In recent years, the production systems in which human and environment have been protected in agriculture have been developed, and the safe and controlled use of Plant Protection machinery has started to gain importance. The aim of this study is to determine the projection coefficient of machine technology used in Plant Protection processes in Kayseri province, depending on the past ten years production and usage quantities.
