    Abstract:

    Objective To study the effective diagnosis and treatment of lower gastrointestinal bleeding(LGIB).Methods The clinical data of patients with lower gastrointestinal bleeding in the past five years were analyzed retrospectively,and the diagnosis and treatment experience were summarized.Results Among the 60 patients with lower gastrointestinal bleeding,there were 8 cases of small intestinal bleeding,41cases of colonorrhagia,6 cases of anal canal and Rectum Hemorrhage,5 cases of uncertain position bleeding; 17 cases were given conservative treatments,16 cases were given interventional procedures,27 cases were given operative treatments,no case of clinical death.Conclusions The key of treating massive Hemorrhage in the lower gastrointestinal tract is to rescue shock and stop bleeding timely and effectively.The difficulty is to determine the position and cause of Hemorrhage.
