    Abstract:

    Abstract A common-path interferometer is built using a 4 f optical system with a ronchi ruling used as a spatial filter and a cubic beamsplitter used as an interferogram duplicator. The input aperture is divided into two windows to support the orthogonal circular polarized reference and object beams. Four phase shifted interferograms modulated by polarizing filter array can be captured simultaneously in the output plane. Because the four interferograms have the same fringe visibility, a standard four step algorithm can be used to reconstruct the phase of a sample. The validity and stability of the proposed interferometer in achieving four simultaneous phase-shifted interferograms is proved through experiments.

    Abstract:

    A parallel two-step spatial carrier phase-shifting common-path interferometer with a Ronchi grating placed outside the Fourier plane is proposed in this paper for quantitative phase imaging. Two phase-shifted interferograms with spatial carrier can be captured simultaneously using the proposed interferometer. The dc term can be eliminated by subtracting the two phase-shifted interferograms, and the phase of a specimen can be reconstructed through Fourier transform. The validity and stability of the interferometer proposed are experimentally demonstrated via the measurement of a phase plate.

    Abstract:

    Pulmonary tuberculosis is an infection disease with the highest prevalence in the world and being the third largest in Indonesia with 1.02 million cases. The core problem of pulmonary tuberculosis patient is ineffective airway clearance characterized by dyspnea, ronchi, excessive sputum, ineffective cough. Nursing intervention to manage the problem is chest physiotherapy and effective coughing. This study aims to obtain an overview of the application of chest physiotherapy and effective coughing as ineffective airway clearance management on pulmonary tuberculosis patient. Method: Method used descriptive case study with structured interview, studies document and observations. Participants in this study is pulmonary tuberculosis patient which is given three days and twice a day session of chest physiotherapy and effective coughing. Patency of the airway is improved after chest physiotherapy and effective coughing which characterized by normal respiratory frequencies, normal respiratory rhythms, no ronchi and able to remove sputum from airway. Chest physiotherapy and effective coughing is applicable as ineffective airway clearance management on pulmonary tuberculosis patient.Tuberkulosis paru merupakan penyakit infeksi dengan prevalensi tertinggi di dunia dan terbesar ketiga di Indonesia dengan 1,02 juta kasus. Masalah utama pada penderita tuberkulosis paru adalah pembersihan jalan nafas yang tidak efektif yang ditandai dengan dispnea, ronchi, sputum yang berlebihan, batuk yang tidak efektif. Intervensi keperawatan untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut adalah fisioterapi dada dan batuk efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan gambaran tentang penerapan fisioterapi dada dan batuk yang efektif sebagai penatalaksanaan klirens jalan nafas yang tidak efektif pada penderita tuberkulosis paru. Metode: Metode yang digunakan studi kasus deskriptif dengan wawancara terstruktur, studi dokumen dan observasi. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah penderita tuberkulosis paru yang diberikan tiga hari dan dua kali sehari sesi fisioterapi dada dan batuk efektif. Patensi jalan nafas membaik setelah fisioterapi dada dan batuk efektif yang ditandai dengan frekuensi pernafasan normal, irama pernafasan normal, tidak ada ronchi dan mampu mengeluarkan sputum dari jalan nafas. Fisioterapi dada dan batuk efektif dapat diterapkan sebagai manajemen pembersihan jalan napas yang tidak efektif pada pasien tuberkulosis paru
