    Abstract:

    Abstract. Today almost all business are switching or establishing businesses based on Islamic Shariah, including hotels. But not a few people who think that Sharia hotel the same as hotel hotel in general. One of the factors is because they do not know more specifically about what Sharia hotels are and as a sample we focus on Hotel Rumah Kayu Syariah. Based on the background of the problem is drawn the formulation of the problem into the form of questions as follows: How the criteria of Sharia hotels based on fatwa DSN-MUI No. 108 / DSN-MUI / X / 2016 Regarding Guidelines for Implementing Tourism Based on Sharia Principles? How is the consumer's perception of the management and service applied in Hotel Rumah Kayu Syariah in Lembang? How to review DSN-MUI fatwa no. 108 / DSN-MUI / X / 2016 Concerning Guidelines for Implementing Tourism Based on Sharia Principles and consumer perceptions of Hotel Rumah Kayu Syariah in Lembang? The research method used is combined analysis. Data collection techniques were conducted by interviewing preliminary research, literature, and questionnaire distribution to all visitors, which were then reviewed and analyzed using SPSS 2.2. The conclusion of the research is that the criteria of Sharia hotels listed in the fatwa are seven keriteria that must be met by every Sharia hotel businessman seen from the aspect of management and service. While consumer perception partially have positive and significant influence to Hotel Rumah Kayu Syariah and very small influence that only 5% and the rest caused by other factor. Thus it can be concluded that the Hotel Rumah Kayu Syariah only meets 2 of the 7 criteria set forth in the Fatwa DSN-MUI and in line with the consumer's perception is only about 5% of the number of visitors during the last two years which assumes the hotel is in accordance with Sharia principles. Which means that the Hotel Rumah Kayu Syariah is not in accordance with Sharia principles in the fatwa of DSN-MUI no. 108 / DSN-MUI / X1 / 2016 fifth point. Namun tidak sedikit masyarakat yang beranggapan bahwa hotel syariah sama saja dengan hotel pada umumnya. Salah satu faktornya karena mereka tidak mengetahui lebih spesifik mengenai hotel syariah seperti apa dan sebagai sampel kami fokus kepada Hotel Rumah Kayu Syariah. Berdasarkan latar belakang masalah tersebut ditarik rumusan masalah kedalam bentuk pertanyaan sebagai berikut: Bagaimana kriteria hotel syariah berdasarkan fatwa DSN-MUI No.108/DSN-MUI/X/2016 Tentang Pedoman Penyelenggaraan Pariwisata Berdasarkan Prinsip Syariah? Bagaimana persepsi konsumen terhadap pengelolaan dan pelayanan yang diterapkan di Hotel Rumah Kayu Syariah di Lembang? Bagaimana tinjauan fatwa DSN-MUI No.108/DSN-MUI/X/2016 Tentang Pedoman Penyelenggaraan Pariwisata Berdasarkan Prinsip Syariah dan persepsi konsumen terhadap Hotel Rumah Kayu Syariah di Lembang? Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis gabungan. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara pada penelitian pendahuluan, kepustakaan, dan pembagian kuisioner kepada seluruh pengunjung, yang kemudian dikaji dan dianalisis menggunakan SPSS 2.2. Simpulan dari penelitian adalah bahwa kriteria hotel Syariah yang tercantum dalam fatwa tersebut ada tujuh keriteria yang harus dipenuhi oleh setiap pebisnis hotel Syariah dilihat dari aspek pengelolaan dan pelayanan. Sedangkan persepsi konsumen secara parsial memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap Hotel Rumah Kayu Syariah dan sangat kecil pengaruhnya yaitu hanya 5% dan sisanya disebabkan oleh faktor lain. Maka dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Hotel Rumah Kayu Syariah hanya memenuhi 2 dari 7 kriteria yang ditetapkan dalam Fatwa DSN-MUI dan sejalan dengan persepsi konsumen hanya sekitar 5 % dari jumlah pengunjung selama dua tahun terakhir yang beranggapan hotel tersebut sesuai dengan prinsip Syariah. Yang artinya Hotel Rumah Kayu Syariah belum sesuai dengan prinsip Syariah dalam fatwa DSN-MUI No. 108/DSN-MUI/X1/2016 point kelima. Kata Kunci: Fatwa DSN-MUI, Persepsi Konsumen, Hotel Syariah

    Abstract:

    This study examines about how the operation of the Ratna Syariah Hotel from its product, service, and management aspects according to the DSN-MUI fatwa and the principles of Sharia Economic Law which include the principles of tauhid, the principle of justice, the principle of ta'awun (help), the principle of khilafah, and the principle of maslahah. This research is limited to the following problems: (1) How are Sharia-based products, services, and management carried out by Hotel Ratna Syariah in the City of Probolinggo according to the DSN-MUI fatwa on Guidelines for Implementing Sharia-Based Tourism Principles? (2) How are Sharia-based products, services and management implemented by Hotel Ratna Syariah in the City of Probolinggo according to the Principles of Sharia Economic Law? This type of research is field research, namely research activities conducted at Ratna Syariah Hotel located in the city of Probolinggo. To understand and analyze the object under study, several approaches are used as follows: (1) Legislative approach, meaning that the operational implementation of Sharia Ratna Hotels in the city of Probolinggo will be analyzed intensively, deeply, in detail and comprehensively based on the legal regulations governing this matter is the DSN-MUI fatwa and also Islamic Sharia principles. The data collection technique is done by interview, observation, and documentation. The results of this study are: (1) In general, the products offered are in accordance with DSN-MUI fatwa Number 108 of the third section which contains general principles of Sharia tourism administration, and also the fifth section which contains provisions related to Sharia-based hotel management which includes provisions regarding products in Sharia hotels; the services provided are in accordance with the fifth part of DSN-MUI fatwa, which contains the provisions related to Sharia-based hotel management which include provisions regarding products and services, except the seventh point which regulates that Sharia hotels must use the services of Islamic Financial Institutions in performing services ( financial transactions); and the management carried out by the Hotel Ratna Syariah is in accordance with the third part of the DSN-MUI fatwa, which contains the general principles of implementing Sharia tourism; the fourth part which contains the contract provisions that must be used in the implementation of the Sharia tourism business; and the fifth part which contains provisions related to Sharia-based hotel management which includes provisions regarding products, services, and operations, except point six in this section; (2) the operationalization of products, services, and management of Sharia Ratna according to the results of the research of the author in accordance with the principles in Sharia Economic Law which includes the principles of tauhid, the principle of justice, the principle of ta'awun (help), the principle of khilafah, and principles maslahah.     Abstract:

    Abstra ct This study answers the problem of Sharia tourism innovation in Indonesia which is carried out with constant reference to Fatwa MUI No. 108/MUI-DSN/X/2016 about Guidelines for Organizing Sharia-Based Tourism. The method used is descriptive qualitative, the type of literature. Research results show that Fatwa MUI No. 108/MUI-DSN/X/2016 has regulated most aspects of Sharia tourism in Indonesia. However, there are several aspects that have not been regulated in more detail, such as the issue of Sharia tourism promotion, prevention of child sexual exploitation and community economic empowerment in Sharia tourism. Sharia tourism innovation opportunities are still open to the issue of creative industries, Sharia transportation, Sharia tourism education institutions, halal logos, and Sharia logos, and product management and Sharia tourist attraction capacity. Innovation in Sharia tourism in Indonesia can be carried out constantly with reference to Fatwa MUI No. 108/MUI-DSN/X/2016 because the fatwa is the guidelines for implementing Sharia tourism in Indonesia. It is recommended that the government formally issue regulations that are capable of supporting implementation to Fatwa MUI No. 108/MUI-DSN/X/2016. For Sharia tourism businesses, they should continue to innovate and continue to pay attention to the various regulations contained in the fatwa, especially on the contracts that have been established in various activities in implementing the Sharia tourism business. Abstrak Penelitian ini menjawab permasalahan tentang inovasi pariwisata syariah di Indonesia yang dilakukan dengan tetap merujuk pada Fatwa MUI No. 108/MUI-DSN/X/2016 tentang Pedoman Penyelenggaraan Pariwisata Berdasarkan Prinsip Syariah. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif, jenis literature. Hasil research menunjukkan bahwa Fatwa MUI No. 108/MUI-DSN/X/2016 telah mengatur sebagian besar aspek pariwisata syariah di Indonesia. Namun ada beberapa aspek yang belum diatur secara lebih detail, misalnya persoalan promosi pariwisata syariah, pencegahan eksploitasi seksual anak dan pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat pada pariwisata syariah. Peluang inovasi pariwisata syariah masih terbuka pada persoalan industri kreatif, transportasi syariah, lembaga pendidikan pariwisata syariah, logo halal dan logo syariah, serta managemen produk dan kapasitas daya tarik wisata syariah. Inovasi pariwisata syariah di Indonesia dapat dilakukan dengan tetap merujuk pada Fatwa MUI No. 108/MUI-DSN/X/2016 karena fatwa tersebut merupakan rambu-rambu penyelenggaraan pariwisata syariah di Indonesia. Disarankan agar pemerintah mengeluarkan peraturan yang mampu menunjang implementasi fatwa MUI No. 108/MUI-DSN/X/2016. Bagi pelaku bisnis pariwisata syariah, hendaknya terus berinovasi dan tetap memperhatikan berbagai peratuan yang ada dalam fatwa tersebut terutama pada akad yang telah ditetapkan dalam berbagai aktifitas pelaksanaan bisnis pariwisata syariah.     Abstract. Many farmers have problems of lacking access for funding because they are categorized as un-bankable. While demand for food keeps increasing, the demand for funding in agriculture sector keeps increasing, too. Considering that the majority of Indonesian farmers are Moslems, PT. XYZ as a new startup recognizes an opportunity to develop an Islamic crowdfunding platform with aqd mudarabah muqayyadah as an alternative to conventional financing for farmers, thus making financing in agriculture more accessible for them by utilizing the power of digital technology while complying to Sharia law. A business model design for this financial product is necessary to enable the company to create, deliver, and capture value for the customers, which are the funders and farmers. This research aims to develop a business model for PT. XYZ agriculture crowdfunding platform using Business Model Canvas. The value proposition for the funder side is providing a secure social investment platform for agriculture which compliant to Shariah rules, while value proposition for the farmer side is to raise and empower farmers. Both value propositions are linked using a Shariah agriculture crowdfunding platform.
