  • Ocean Wave Real-time Simulation Method Based on FFT
    Computer Engineering, 2009
    Co-Authors: Shen Pei-zhi
    Abstract:

Aiming at the requirements for virtual sea battlefield Simulation, this paper proposes real-time Simulation Method for realistic ocean wave. It builds the basic ocean wave model and elicits discrete FFT algorithm model based on improved Gerstner wave. The parameters needed in ocean wave FFT model get by sampling wave vector spectrum. Simulation result shows when the Method is used in real-time Simulation of large scale ocean wave, it can achieve high realistic animation effect.

  • A modified visual Simulation Method based on LOD
2010 The 2nd International Conference on Industrial Mechatronics and Automation, 2010
Co-Authors: Wen-fa Wang, Zong Tao Zhao
    Abstract:

LOD visual Simulation Method which can make battle-Simulation visualization, is an important Method for building view-scene model. In this paper, a modified visual Simulation Method based on LOD is proposed. The master idea is generating initial triangle grids for view-scene using LOD Method, and subdividing them using iterative fractal technology. The Method not only resolves visual transition problem for different detail regions, and gets more vivid 3D view-scene by means of visual rendering, but also improving the capability of view Simulation system in total. Simulation result shows the improvement performance is 3.86%.the result has been important military value in battle command.

  • Simulation Method Research of SAR Echo Wave Signal
    Computer Simulation, 2009
    Co-Authors: Guo Chen-jiang
    Abstract:

A Simulation Method of Synthetic aperture radar echo-wave signal was detailedly analyzed. The Method of using raw DEM data to construct three-dimension Simulation targets was discussed and the Method of constructing the terrain scattering cell was described.According to the radar equation, the scattering parameter model and the pulse signal model of radar, the mathematics models of Synthetic aperture radar echo-wave signal were established. Finally, the test of the SAR echo-wave Simulation of a natural terrain was finished and the satisfied result was obtained.

  • spectral density of vortex beams propagating in atmospheric turbulence with new Simulation Method
    Optics Letters, 2018
    Co-Authors: Zhenglin Liu, Daomu Zhao
    Abstract:

We study the spectral density of vortex beams propagating in atmospheric turbulence by numerical Simulation and experiment with a spatial light modulator (SLM). It is found that the figures produced by experiment with SLM are quite different from those by traditional numerical Simulation. In view of this, we put forward a new Simulation Method that refers to the theory of beam wander, leading to a consistency between numerical Simulation and experimental results eventually. The improved Simulation Method could improve the accuracy of beam Simulation greatly in optical study.
