    Abstract:

    A two-Stage algorithm is proposed for generating trajectories and parameters of the object's motion based on searching for a set of Pareto-optimal paths from the initial vertex to the terminal vertex. The features of graph construction in the first and second Stages of the algorithm are described. At the first Stage, the set of vertices of the graph uniformly cover the area of the object's motion, and the edges connect only the nearest neighboring vertices. At the second Stage, the set of vertices of the graph includes only those vertices through which the paths constructed in the first Stage Pass. For this set of vertices, a complete graph is constructed: the edges connect each vertex to all the others. An algorithm for constructing a set of Pareto-optimal characteristics of graph paths is described. The two-Stage approach allows to significantly reduce the calculation time in comparison with the application of the described algorithm for a complete graph in one Stage. Two variants of the algorithm are considered. The first algorithm requires a longer calculation time, but allows to obtain more trajectories that are diverse. In particular, it is possible to obtain trajectories of different classes, for example, avoiding obstacles from different sides, etc. For the case when time for calculations is not enough, an abridged algorithm is proposed. The results of computational experiments are presented.

    Abstract:

    All cryptography systems have a True Random Number Generator (TRNG). In the process of validating, these systems are necessary for prototyping in Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA). However, TRNG uses an entropy source based on non-deterministic effects challenging to replicate in FPGA. This work shows the problems and solutions to implement an entropy source based on frequency collapse in multimodal Ring Oscillators (RO). The entropy source implemented in FPGA Pass all SP800-90B tests from the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) with a good entropy compared to related works. The TRNG Passes all NIST SP800-22 with and without the post-processing Stage. Besides, the TRNG and the post-processing Stage Pass all tests of Application notes and Interpretation of the Scheme (AIS31). The TRNG implementation on a Xilinx Artix-7 XC7A100TCSG324 FPGA occupies less than 1% of the resources. This work presents $0.62~\mu \text{s}$ up to $9.92~\mu \text{s}$ of sampling latency and 1.1 Mbps up to 9.1 Mbps of bit rate throughput

    Abstract:

    Micro and small enterprises development is a universally proven strategy against poverty notwithstanding, enterprises’ failure. Using a qualitative design, this study investigated experiences of unsuccessful micro and small enterprise cooperatives at Bahir Dar City Administration, North West Ethiopia. In-depth interview, observation, and field notes were used to collect primary data. The findings revealed that micro and small enterprise cooperatives’ failure involve these phases: pre-formation, formation, operation, pre-collapse, and collapse where some concerns at early Stage Pass in to the next, accumulate with emerging challenges and result in group deformation. Hence, awareness creation program on group formation in collective owned micro and small enterprises; training on business management strategies which could be in form of expansion, products/market differentiation and formation of alliances; and prompt support of stakeholders to micro and small enterprises are suggested to enhance success stories of micro and small enterprise cooperatives.Keywords: Micro and small enterprises, collapse, grounded theory, Bahir Dar, Ethiopi
