With this Diagram, a novel current loop transfer function is proposed to derive the design criteria that apply to designing the input filter. However, the input filter that is added to reduce electromagnetic interference will significantly change the dynamic property of the PCM-controlled buck converter. Therefore, the induced effect due to the input filter is examined. Finally, experimental results prove the accuracy of this deduction in both the circuit simulation and the circuit experiment.

A nonlinear calculating method of rolling reduction is proposed considering nonlinearities of geometry and physics. It can satisfy the analysis requirement of cases of steady and unsteady rolling, such as idle-roll vibrates apart from ring. The dynamic and kinematic equations of all sectors of the radial ring rolling System are established. Consequently, the nonlinear System Block Diagram of the ring rolling is constructed. Simulating the radial ring rolling dynamic process with Matlab/Simulink, the effect of the System stiffness on the radial ring rolling System is analyzed. Shown that when System stiffness is too small, there will be intense vibration in the ring rolling System, increasing the System stiffness is conducive to increasing of the stability of the System and the effectiveness of rolling. When the System stiffness is large enough, 160000000N/m, the idle-roll displacement is almost in direct proportion to the System input of the translation speed of screw. They are conforming to the actual ring rolling.
